Good to know in case of emergency, for anyone brave enough to venture into Walmart. Of course, cash back is an option too (not sure of limits) with no fee unless you're at Dollar Tree where they charge $1.

All sorted now. I didn't hear back from them, but successfully just managed to make a withdrawal.

So I've done the Bovada --> Blockchain -> Coinbase -> Checking Bank

I withdrew 3xxx on 12/26 in Bovada
Got to Blockchain in less than 24 hours
Transferred to Coinbase in less than 24 hours
Sold/Withdrew on 12/26 to checking account and said it should arrive in checking account by 12/29

Has not arrived yet and called to bank to see if there was an incoming transfer that needed confirmation and nothing has been received by bank. Any one had this problem or something similar within the last week or so?

sometimes it takes longer to reach the bank.

Does ignition do any verification for Bitcoin withdrawal or will they send to any bitcoin address?

Switched to Coinbase after the Circle debacle. I got a notification that I should verify the bank deposits. There's only one deposit in my bank so I can't verify. ****ers. Receiving bitpay card next week so whatever.

Does anyone have information on the subject of check fees. On Bovada it used to be one free check request per month. now it seems it's 12.5% after my first free request. I don't want to pay that amount on any sized check. Thank you.

Read through the past 100 posts (maybe just 50) and I know there's at least one other mentioned (which I don't remember).

Thanks for the response. I withdraw date was wrong and it was 12/23 instead of 12/26.

I'll wait a couple more days and update yall. Hopefully it is just a delay and it has been 8 days since the sell of my bitcoins -> checking bank.

Is this true? a 12.5% fee beyond the free request?

Haven't played since the Bov-->Ignition switch over, however, at that time (late Oct or Sept, whenever the switch was complete) I confirmed with a rep that the check fee was a flat $75.00 beyond the one free per every 4 months (which was an atrocious deal anyway compared to the $50.00 on top of the 1 free/mo on Bov).

If it's a % fee that's super disgusting. Can anyone confirm if its a flat $75.00 or a percentage? My Withdrawal page gives no detail about the fee after ck #1 and it shows a hypothetical withdrawal as free as I have not had a ck request since switching to Ign.

I'm a bitcoin noob. If I am using Circle, should I be transfering to Blockchain before I put money on or take money off Bovada? I feel like someone told me I should do this. I put money on directly from Circle recently and it worked just fine but wasn't sure if there is a reason I should use Blockchain in between

Used kraken to wire transfer through synapse and it is pending... How long does this take? Also it told me to save reference number or get 40 dollar fee?

Has anybody used the Wire Transfer option recently?

I am looking to withdraw a decent amount, have not used Bitcoin for any withdrawals, don't trust the intermediary for my roll.. Anyways, don't they basically end up wiring to funds to your account regardless? So why shouldn't I just use the Wire Transfer option and do it directly from Ignition and not go thru Bitcoin..?

Any feedback is appreciated.

It only costs me $5 dollar per wire. If you request it in the morning of weekdays, you will usually get it the afternoon same day. It might be slower right now because of holidays.

Don't be stubborn, it will end up giving you a headache. If you have followed this thread at all or have been moving money off Ignition for any amount of time then you would know that Bitcoin is the easiest way to move funds from the poker sites. Do the research on Bitcoin and get used to using it.

since we lost circle i've been thinking about opening an account with bitstamp. the fact that the irs is trying to strongarm coinbase is deterring me from us-based exchanges.

according to this list bitstamp is based in london and blockchain (which is great) is based in luxembourg. still researching though. can any bitstamp users offer any input?

I didn't read the previous few pages and did not know what was going on with Circle. I just withdrew from Ignition today to blockchain and then to Circle with no problem. I currently have bitcoin sitting in my Circle account. I thought Circle was done with bitcoin from previous posts?

Did you use a new address from Circle or a previously used address?

A new address should be used every time. But, it has been reported that Circle wasn't generating new addresses any more for BTC transfers. That's why I asked.

You can't buy or sell bitcoin through Circle anymore... but you can use them as a bitcoin wallet to send/receive/store BTC if you wanted to - but you do not want to.

If you have bitcoin in your Circle account they will let you convert it to USD one time, but once you switch your account to USD you can't go back to BTC.
