Do bovada and ignition use different processors? Seems like ignition payouts take hours while I'm still waiting for my payout from couple days ago.

I have cashed my checks at Walmart for a small fee.
I think they charge $3.00.

Yes. I'm not sure why the mods grouped these companies together in a thread when it's very clear that they are separate entities.

Ignition is very likely owned by the same person/people as Bovada but that makes no difference. They are totally separate operations and should be treated as such. This just makes everything confusing to people.

How do you cashout from Circle now , they say they are not buying or selling bitcoins anymore???

This is what it says on the support page.

Note: You can no longer buy and sell bitcoin through us.

Yeah, they just announced that they're getting out of the buying and selling bitcoin business. I think it sounds like you'll still be able to use it as a bitcoin wallet to store/send/receive bitcoin... but you shouldn't have been doing that anyway.

It really sucks, but there are other options. The next best choice is to use Coinbase.

Unfortunately that means the videos and step by step instructions are now outdated. I'll try to make new videos when I get time, but Coinbase is similar enough to Circle that people should be able to figure it out.

I found that if I convert my bitcoins to dollars on Circle it says "cash out"

Has anyone tried that method?

Yes, you will still be able to withdraw that balance to your bank/card.

i've heard that coinbase takes a fee when selling BTC, true? is that just the cost of doing business now?

i've also heard that coinbase is pretty anti-gambling. had smooth operations with circle until now...would coinbase ask more of the where are these BTC coming from even if we kept using the traditional ignition->blockchain/separate wallet->coinbase route?

so I am not allowed to send money from circle to a bitcoin address anymore... has anybody else had this problem? no email sent to me just won't allow me to...

FYI: coinbase is currently under subpoena from the US federal government to turn over records of their Bitcoin transactions. Coinbase is fighting it. So.... Any recommendations for another option now that circle is done and coinbase is under investigation?

I guess the bummer is 1.5 percent payout and a 4 percent purchase fee? Pretty obnoxious. Combined with the 2 percent for BOL while it's still better, it's just further proof internet poker is on life support. Every time it gets a burst of positive energy something like this happens. Guess I have to learn Coinbase now and Local bitcoins.

The issue is where you want to keep your bankroll, as you can no longer us circle to buy BTC and fund your account. I leave very little online. I'm primarily a MTT player. At the end of the year I will have several small deposits and a few large withdrawals.

Now I cannot fund my account as easily. So, for convenience sake I will need to leave more online. Risky in this environment.

What do you mean risky? Don't' leave your bitcoin online. I would never leave my coin on an exchange.

Do you mean risky, you are worried about the price dropping?
