Yeah, I've mentioned this to other people who have been dismissive but there seems to be multiple bot profiles running on the site.

There's this 'bot ring' or however you wanna call it that max tank to the money on the nightly $55 35k GTD, not sure if they max late reg it but they surely max tank each hand. There was a similar issue with the BOL $55 a couple years ago and they changed the structure to prevent this, guess Bodog didn't catch up yet, or they just exploiting their own 'bug' with a bunch of house accounts.

Either way, these sneaky ****ers are taking out a big % of the prizepool by doing this and makes gameplay soooo boring which also probably chase fishes away.

It's multiple tables of this on almost every MTT on the site, and it's been going on for months. It's pathetic that it hasn't been addressed in the slightest and a big reason the games are dying.

A few years ago they were sending out warnings/bans for stalling, so they either just gave up on policing or they are indeed house bots.

The bolded is the key part. I remember that as well and agree that quietly allowing a behavior that used to be ban or suspension worthy is the clearest sign they are not going to do anything.

Was playing poker normally but when I get KOd from a mystery whenever I re-enter the table won't show the mystery theme (which is not bad per se cuz the theme sucks but it doesn't show the bounty info) so I closed the client and re-opened it (I do this multiple times per session for the exact same reason) and found that when I re-open it it won't connect. Tried multiple times and then checked their website to try to re-download the app and not even the website will load, so I switch to my hotspot and BOOM, now it connects.

So basically when I closed it and re-opened it it won't work with my main ISP but it will with a secondary connection. What could have happened in that one off time that made it stop working? any ideas on how to be able to connect normally with my main ISP like I was doing up until 2 seconds ago?

I made a deposit via Pix in the amount of $500 on May 2nd. As of today, May 8th, the deposit has still not been processed.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount involved and the lack of clear communication.

I'm posting here both to ask for help in resolving this issue—if anyone has contacts or advice that could assist—and to warn other players about the risks of using Pix deposits on Bodog

Have you tried to use the Bodog forum? I don't play on Bodog I play on Ignition and they have a stand alone fourm where employees help out with issues. You use the same login that you use on the site.

I tried accessing the Bodog forum you linked, but unfortunately it's not available for users in Brazil. It seems to be region-locked.

If anyone else has any advice or can assist in any way, I would be truly grateful. This situation has been going on for days without resolution, and it's quite stressful.

Long time bovada player here. They had this same crap like a month or so ago. Down Friday night. All of Saturday. Started working Sunday. I am also unable to log in on the poker software. I can on the web client. Obviously if you play a lot of sngs the web client isn't great for that. You can do 2 tables, but 3 or 4 you have to click back and forth. So it's not ideal. From what I saw, seemed like the action slowed once the software glitched last night. Hopefully, they figure it out by tomorrow. Not sure if anyone here has called in . . . obviously it's an issue on their end. They should be aware of it by now

I just put in for a withdrawal for most of my ignition balance. If the client login issue isn’t fixed by the time it processes through, I’m done with them. If the withdrawal takes an unreasonably long time to process through, I’m done with them, even if they fix the client login issue in the meantime.

I’m glad this happened. I was tolerating all the random little disconnects and freezes for far too long.

If they can’t provide cash games that run consistently without any glitches or problems, I’m no longer interested in doing business with them.

I’ve played on Bodog/Bovada/Ignition for 15+ years. In terms of player experience, they’ve consistently gotten worse over time.

Under an hour, and that balance is now on a different site. All of Ignitions various problems are now permanently solved for me.

Anyone able to log in on the bovada poker software now? It still isn't working. It's crazy. Also, does anyone know if ignition works? I know it's the same skin so I'm guessing if bovada isn't working igntion isn't either. But thought I'd verify. How do they not have this fixed by now? Are they even working on it?

Still can't login via the app, but like others said, can do it through the browser. Which I don't like, as you can't easily see the results of the hand you just played (at least not for sit-n-gos).

No issues with Bovada client the last few days here.

FWIW I have had this problem before where the client gives me a black screen for a few days. It always resolves itself eventually. I still have no idea what causes it.
