This. My schedule only permits me to grind 3-4 hours max. I was ready to complain it was only $15 and to raise it but that's better than nothing.

Let them know, Gary.

This flaw hurts the integrity of the games.

Is it too much to ask for a cash game waiting list? This process of watching the board and then trying to pounce faster than the next guy is a royal pain.

The no waiting list is a major pain! Trying to focus on tables while looking for another one to pop up is just stupid.

Thoughts?
You're a good man, I would definitely send them an email.

i got an email from "[email protected]" with a number to call back. I've never seen this email before or heard of it. Anyone have any experience with this?

I emailed bovada support to ask the same thing, but figured this might be easier...

About 300h/hr. If you're tighter you'll get a few more, if you're looser you'll get a few less, I think when I played zone I was around 23/17. Hourly wise it should be pretty close, though with the quality of the zone games going down after the mobile client change, I'd say it's about a wash. But more hands = quicker realization of actual winrate, which is a good thing.

No waiting lists and the lobby updating continuously is one of the best things about Bovada .

You want a waiting list go to Carbon or ACR and you can sit on all the waiting lists you please.

Wait lists are awful

why it's a good thing a large % (speculating) of those players have quit or moved on due to black friday.

Wait lists encourage bum hunting.

No wait lists.

Or capes, no capes too.

there is a way to refresh the lobby rather than having to wait for it. they'll doomswitch you though if you do it.

this is the email address that they use to tell you they can no longer do bank wires to your account because you're a known poker player. So probably not a good omen if they are calling.

Pretty sure I read in an earlier post that Bovada will only ever email you from one certain address and that wasnt it. I would be a bit wary and just wait till support gets back to you.

The player advocacy group is the group that handles specific player situations. You were assigned to someone in that dept. I had to deal with them when my wires were taken away due to the "known poker player" BS.

They are legit and more helpful than standard Bovada CS reps.

Rush poker would not re-sit you with anyone from the table you folded on. That's the only way to preserve game integrity.

The mobile client used to only work with zone, so everyone who played mobile was stuck playing Zone. Since most people who regularly use mobile clients are fish, the games were really good for a while. Then they made it so you can play any game type with the mobile client, and they dispersed.
