To upload documents to your account, please follow these simple steps:
1- Log into your poker app.
2- Go to the cashier by clicking on “Deposit”.
3- Click on the “Account Certifications” tab.
4- Choose “Document Verification”.
6- Select which document to upload.
7- Follow the steps to browse and upload the information and click on the “Finish” button.

So the issue is that I have not deposited with someone else's card which the site says I have. I do not recognize the name or the the card number. My balance remains where I would think it should be. I see no history of transactions on my account I do not recognize. and my account has not been suspended which I think it would have been if they suspected I was using someone elses card!!!
I have only deposited with my own card. What the heck is this, this has me utterly confused.
