Hi All,

A couple days ago I won a seat to the $200k Gtd Main Event in a $4.40 satellite and was awarded a ticket and have been auto registered for the tournament, which is great - yeah me, right? This morning, I played in another satellite that was labeled "$200k Gtd R/A" and unbeknownst to me it was a satellite to the same tournament I'd already won a seat to and am registered for. I thought it was for different tournament since the Main Event isn't labeled as "R/A". Upon winning the second satellite, I was awarded nothing, so I contacted BOL customer service to inquire. After being hung up on 3 times, I was able to speak to someone that wasn't able to resolve the issue immediately, but has "escalated" my inquiry and am currently waiting for an email.

I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else and how they resolved the issue. I know there are many people who play multiple satellites simultaneously for the same tournament, and was under the impression that if you won multiple seats, they would award you the prize value ($109) in the form of tournament money that can be used to register for any tournament. If you can only win 1 seat, shouldn't you be prevented from entering another satellite for the same tournament if they don't award you the equivalent prize in the form of tournament money?

My personal opinion: Chico has never done crediting in T$ afaik, but you should have gotten a ticket for the very Same tournament to use the following week

Hey … hope all is well … I was wondering if your issue has been resolved … I have won a tournament ticket for a rake promotion on sportsbetting ag and also three of the same satelites to enter the tournament I already won …when I called customer service they apologized for giving me the same ticket but did not credit me anything they just took the two tickets away and left me with one single ticket to a satelite to the tournament I’m already registered for .. it’s super confusing … the satelite automatically runs for 8 hrs and I’ll hopefully have tripled my stack up in the event by that time …
