With Pokerstars NJ, MI, and PA being down, you'd think MGMpoker (MI) would offer a few extra MTT's. Instead, the usual schedule lives on, which means at this time, 2 tournaments that are both satellites. No wonder traffic continues to lag far behind.

What is the best legal poker site in Michigan? Looking for opinions. I'm playing on my Samsung phone. I've only tried pokerstars so far. But the software is weird. For one, there doesn't appear to be tournament lobbies! So your just playing blind with no sense of tournament position, payouts etc. And the lobby for cash doesn't show tables but just sort of throws you onto a table at the stakes you request..?? There also doesn't seem to be any way to add on money in the cash games..?? Am I doing something wrong?? I've attempted to try betmgm but I get a message that I'm not not in michigan even though I'm right in ann arbor. Have others had this problem?? Betmgm also appears to have literally zero cash game traffic..am I seeing this right?? Sorry for so many questions..

I have never played from a mobile phone, and would never, so I can't answer most of your questions. The bold about almost no cash game traffic is definitely true though.

Make sure you have your location settings on. If you're still experiencing issues, contact support.

Keep a look out for a BetMGM survey in your email. If using gmail, it should be under the promotional tab. It's not as long as the pokerstars survey that they were talking about in the other thread. Basically it just asks if you were satisfied or not and then to explain the reasons. Guessing you have to state that you were at least "fairly dissatisfied" in order to list your concerns, tho they do have a section at the end of the survey to list other comments as well.

This would be a good time to ask them to bring back the SNG leaderboard since it seemed to drive a lot of traffic when it was running. I know a lot of people were upset about them eliminating NL HUSNGs above $5 as well.

I don't know about you guys, but that looks like it landed on the $500 Dollar Aria Qualifier, not the $5 Dollar Bonus that they gave me, lol.

I don't know if I'd take it that far. At first I didn't really care, just thought there was some value in the humor of it all. It's not like anyone really believes they're gonna get a $500 dollar ticket anyway. Heck, I was surprised that I even got one of the $100 dollar tickets. Plus it's somewhat "easy" to qualify with a $5 or $20 dollar ticket and move up through the steps. (which I did last week and earned a $500 dollar ticket but ended up torching it pretty early, like in the first hour) Actually, I should have a lot more tickets, but I've been busy just playing my normal games and forgot to spin the wheel a bunch of times anyway.

I guess I'm just interested in hearing what they say. I'm expecting something like "oh there was a glitch so tough luck." Or maybe they'd agree, but then don't credit the ticket until after the final qualifier is over rendering it useless. Anyway, they haven't gotten back to me yet with any additional info, but I've since realized that it was my own error. After you spin the wheel and close the dialog box that states what you've won, the wheel automatically resets and defaults to the $500 dollar ticket. I was playing other games at the time of the spin and wasn't fully paying attention, so it gave me the impression that I might've won.

betmgm had the most scammy and joke of a deposit bonus I have ever seen. Its advertised as 1k and 75$ tickets if you deposit 4000 so I did that. Never got any ticket and the deposit bonus can only be achieved in cash games so if you deposited 4k like me you got a 0$ deposit bonus . Im not the only who didnt get these mythical free 75$ in tickets I asked all my reg friends and they only got them if they cried to support for 10 hours. I spent 20 minutes talking to support about it linking it to their own website where its advertised and they knew nothing about it.

Also if you play cash games for the deposit bonus its number of raked hands not total rake so you get like 5% rb from 1-2 and 500% rb from .10 (not exact math just an example) hilarious

Hi - this is a Michigan specific thread, so the title doesn't need to be changed. I can't speak to your deposit bonus, but deposit bonuses require you to pay rake to clear the bonus whether that be cash games or tournies. Very much standard. They don't just give you free money.

Read the T&C to figure it out. Can't speak to the free tickets, as we didn't get those in Michigan.

I never had a problem with the bonuses, but iirc there were issues getting the tickets. I just sent one email and they were credited within a day or so - no biggie.

ya thats it. the problem is you can only clear it with cash games. ive played poker for like 14 years and I have never seen a website do that. And I have never seen a website make it x number of hands rather then rake making it pretty much impossible to clear if you play decent stakes that barely run. Also since ontario just launched there is not even cash games to clear it anyway. lots of mtts tho. I already cleared my 888 ontario deposit bonus for like 600 and compared to that ive gotten like 20$ from betmgm

also I saw the other betmgm state sites posting here its the same **** ontario is the same as any us state
