Haven't been able to log into poker client all day. I can log into the web interface, but the poker client login screen is just black with no controls. Support, as usual, can't seem to get to the bottom of it.

Repeating that BetMGM support is a chimpanzee running a wrecking ball for the 30th time this thread isn't adding anything. But at this point I'm completely locked out and can't grind towards the now second deposit bonus. I know: fooled twice. They're telling me "one to three days" to resolve it.

If their goal is to down-low convince certain players to leave — which it probably isn't, they're not that sharp — they're well on their way to permanently achieving it with me.

I don't think they're playing games. But if anyone else here's spidey senses are tingling in that direction, I might be inclined to escalate absent a speedy resolution.

Having that same issue in PA, must be their servers. I suspect the games running on the site are people on mobile

Same issue in NJ. Click "Sign Up", then click "Log In" from there and it will allow you to log in.

Keep an eye on your mlife points that are accumulated on the poker site. I am owed around 20k tier points which also effected my grind rewards payouts.

I’ve noticed when playing Spins on BetMGM Poker that Poker Tracker is logging each hand in the HUD, but no tournament numbers are being logged so it appears all as one tournament. Anyone know how to fix this?

The only thing I see open in the HM3/PT4 bug system regarding Party Lottery games is that some 'do not detect the buy-in or finish positions, or get tagged as 'LOTTERY', where other similar ones do.' I would just ask in the PT4 Support Thread here on 2+2 and Rob will most likely have you submit a bug report with a sample of hand history files via their support system.

I keep getting the error message on my computer that they cant verify my location which is well within Michigan lines. I play on Stars with no issues but now I stuck exclusively to mobile with betmgm. Any suggestions?

I won a $5 tourney ticket on their spin tow in promo and played the 3pm $150 GTD 2 days ago. I made it down to HU without issue but then got that error and got blinded out to a 2nd place finish.



slight brag: I also had a 3rd and a 6th place finish last week from 2 other $5 tourney tickets I won on the spinner.

I haven't tried PartyPoker/BetMGM yet, but I think it will be good to have another platform in Michigan. Although after reading the reviews in this thread, I think that need to try to play.

hello mates. does anyone have any tips or tricks (or software) to achieve the following:

-only take hot key action when mouse hovering over table
-apply hot keys to the quick action buttons above the standard fold, call, bet/raise buttons
-make mouse wheel work when hovering anywhere on table as opposed to only on the bet bar or bet # input

context: im trying to add some betmgm/party pa tables whilst i multi pokerstars in PA. i assume its the same as michigan, and yall are more active here.


also i assume there is no waitlists based on a quick testing of their software but just curious if im missing something that does let u jump in line

Thx, at least it isn't just me. I will send their support a message to make sure they are aware of the issue. Hopefully they fix it soon as I have been running hot in the $5 tourneys I kept getting tickets for.

Is anybody NOT getting this message? When this happens with their sports betting promos it basically means that they have decided that you have not given them enough action/are too good and are cutting you off.

I just signed up for the site yesterday so I find it unlikely that I've already been flagged as an advantage player and cut off from a promotion I've never done.

It was good while it lasted. It will likely return for next months never changing tournament series; we shall see.

Anyone else get this email Friday? Bet $200 downtown and receive a $100 freeplay on your betmgm account within 24 hours. Nothing in my account yet. Emailed these losers and they said they needed a picture of the bet slip. What’s the god damn point of swiping my card? Anyways dig through the trash(losing bet of course) and sent it in.
They screwed me out if 16,000 points with a similar promo back in June as well. Don’t let these rich ****s get over on you email call chat. . . I’ll be blowing them up until I get some help

They gave $50 in my account and 2 weeks later took it out of my account, since I didn't spend enough money. Well who gives you money in account then takes it back out ? I will never play on that platform again. They are so bad compared to others like PS - it's amazing the poker platform is still running.

If it's the same thing I received it was to be used on sports betting and had to wager $300 to clear it.

More context is needed, however, as is, it's likely you didn't meet the wagering requirements to clear the $50 bonus.
