Did BetMGM stop the "poker wheel" spins? I was enjoying those. Had cashed out most all of my sportsbook NCAA tourney winnings and was profiting off those $5 / $20 tickets I was winning in those spins

Took a zero balance up to $162 so far from a $20 ticket and 25nl

Still have the stupid casino one though.

Those spins ended the 10th unfortunately. I did pretty well myself and took my $100 balance up to 230+ and cashed out my initial deposit so I am playing on profits only now. I also got 25 in tourney dollars to spend from one of their freerolls I cashed in.

As far as I can tell, it's gone. I haven't seen it since last week and neither have my friends who play on BetMGM.

Disappointing. Ah well....I should have been playing on BetMGM sooner and taking more advantage of them. I hated the software so much when it launched, I ignored it for a couple weeks. The few games that run, are pretty soft though

Yes, I am not sure when exactly that spin promo started but I wish I had noticed it sooner. I think it ran from mid/late March thru Apr 10th. I got one straight cash $10 bonus, 4 $5 mtt tickets that I won $125+ from, 1 $20 spin ticket I didnt cash, then a few 5 and 10 dollar restricted bonuses that I don't play enough to clear in time. I still have $20 in tourney dollars that I will prolly spend on some of their $5 bounty MTTs.

Anyone else having constant location issues with this site? I can play on pokerstars perfectly fine. I log into betmgm, play for around 20-30 minutes, and then get a message saying "Sorry, you cannot play" saying that they cannot verify my location. All I need to do to fix the issue is log out and log back in and I am allowed to play again, but only for another 20-30 minutes until it happens again. As I mentioned I have played on pokerstars the entire time while this happens with no issues whatsoever, so I cant see this being a problem on my end.

Sorry, no location issues on my end. Only major issue I have with BetMGM/Party is replay button doesn't work.

Interesting, as soon as I post about it in this thread I play a 3ish hour session with no issues. Hopefully thats the end of it. Probably gonna cost me finishing my deposit bonus which is annoying but whatever.

Is anyone else's HUD for PT4 not working for the BetMGM Online Series tournament? Hands are importing, but HUD isn't displaying. Worked fine for me last weekend.

Just confirmed it has something to do with the series. I just pulled up another tournament and it's working fine. Extremely frustrating it's not working for a $215.

I asked the PT4 team about this and they said:

Most likely there's a difference between the names in the HH and the window title. We would need a log or a screenshot of table + hand history file sent in a support ticket.

It would be best if they were from the same game but the PT4 developer said that they might be able to piece it together from that. Once you get that collected just go to the 'Support' tab on the PokerTracker site and send the screenshot and hand history file to them in a support ticket with a detailed description of the problem and let them know that hand history file was from a game you played with no HUD but didn't screenshot so you grabbed a picture of event 2 because I said it might help.

Kind of same thing I'm feeling.

3 of the first 5 events didn't meet their guarantees.

Running basically all $215+ events with relatively low guarantees isn't the way to get a bunch of people on your site..
