My account was closed yesterday due to 'a business decision'. I have no idea why, nor will they tell me. I'm not a cheater, I don't berate other players, nor do anything that I can think of that could warrant such drastic measures. I am super concerned about the money I have on the sit as it hasn't been returned yet, nor have they said anything about it in the few emails I have exchanged with them - I have asked about when it would be transferred, and they haven't said anything about it one way or another. Its a lot of money to me ($7,000). I did some math and it equates to about $10/hour. So, its a shame if I have to forego that after putting in so much time. And I thought playing on a registered site my money would be safe.. hah.

I guess I am curious if anyone else has gone through anything similar recently.

Anyone know the name of the file that contains the User Settings (theme, bet sizings, etc)? I would like to copy these settings to a new machine, but I cant' seem to find it, and the BetMGM Support team apparently needs approval from the President to reveal such information.

I'd just zip the whole folder and put it on a thumbdrive, then transfer it over.

Thanks, I think I'll do that. I finally did receive a response from support, and apparently the settings aren't saved on the user's computer, rather they are saved server side.

I wanted to say that's what I though - as settings do seem to transfer over from PC client to mobile app. Although I wasn't 100% positive.
