Live in the US. So I have been waiting for ACR to verify my account to allow me to withdraw. Had to send photo of my id, bank statement, pictures of any credit cards I used. They have a "live chat" option but no live chat. No telephone number. Seems like email support only. Why do they need all this? I mean they allow me to deposit with none of the above requirements but the moment I want to withdraw I have to send them many types of documents? Can someone please tell me their personal experience. I just want to attempt a simple withdraw.

They make sure it’s you so someone can’t clear out your account. For obvious reasons they don’t care about money going into your account. Only money that leaves it

Think of a bank. Literally anyone can deposit into another persons account as long as they have the account number. Not anyone can withdraw though

So far over 24 hours without reply to email. There support is almost none existent. Do they only have one person handling it?

Yes and she works office hours.
