Can anyone login to their cashier? Altough I'm logged in the software, when I'm clicking cashier I get the login page with a captcha that doesn't seem to match what I'm writing there. It would be funny if it wasn't crappy.

does the LuckyAce client show game history like the 888 client does? Not sure about HEM 2.x but HEM 1.x was notorious for missing HH's at this network.

Not sure. I'm pretty anal about checking my graph during sessions so I'd notice if a big hand or two went missing. I did realize though that I had been posting the jackpot for 2k hands (ugh) but seems a little crazy for that to add up to $360 so quickly?

The poker client uses Internet Explorer to render cashier pages. Maybe your security settings are too high to pass some data, cookies or whatever. Try lowering those settings down to the lowest and see if it helps.

I played another session to check this. HEM and LuckyAce game history both recorded me playing 119 hands.

There was again a difference in my remaining bankroll - I lost $26.96 according to HEM so my bankroll should be (414.52 - 26.96 =) $387.56. Instead, my Luckyace account currently has a balance of $378.06. It's missing $9 in 119 hands, which is a lot. I also made sure not to post any jackpots.

I guess Luckyace charges a ~9bb/100 fee on top of their rake for the privilege of playing on their site? I'm getting robbed. I talked with their live chat support and phone support and both are utterly incompetent. I've still yet to receive a response for their email support but I'm beginning to have my doubts.

How about 888 sends me all my hand histories so I can check if I'm actually down $360 more than Holdemmanager says I'm down? I play .5/1 so that's a pretty huge discrepancy over only 2200 hands.

I've received this same response from both phone and live chat, asking for "specific hands." Wat? I'm missing money over the course of all the hands I played. There aren't any "specific hands."

I'm going to continue making noise about this until the issue is resolved.

gl trying to get hh from them. not gonna happen.888 been know to miss hands once in a while,example you closing table fast , some1 sitting out hu. sometime it wont write to hd, thats why i always wait till after another hand after i sit out then close the table.best to refresh hmstats just before you leave to double check.


edit, careful dont play the jackpot tables, they been known to steal jackpot 50cent from you even if you sit out, dont post.dont know if its been fixed

888 rep has to be the hardest rep cuz he has to deal with all the **** 888 does. so many flaws. soooo many. and they are a publicly traded company. If i was the majority owner, i could probably do a better job running the company

If by deal with it you mean jump in here occasionally "forward the problem on" and then do nothing, then yes, he has a tough job

nm, took about 6 days and i got verified.

I made 900$ deposit using moneybookers (mb in dolars) 900$ deposit costed my 972$.
7.4% fee is normal? Also why I can play only 6 tables? And after while software gets really laggy (my pc is not old).

Why I can't choose deposit in dolars because now I need to pay 7.4% fee?
