Ok 888rep if you are answering questions again then can you address:

1. The reasons behind the table cap? Probably really obvious but it was just introduced without any notice or explanation. Something official would be nice.
2. If there will be anything done to make the vip system fairer with this new cap?
3. The waiting list bug still isn't fixed. When is it being addressed?
4. Can you start doing server restarts at a more reasonable time? Preferably something like 4am UK time and give plenty of warning in popups and emails.

I play cash exclusively and there are no bonuses, no promotions or anything geared towards us whilst the tourney and sngs players get rewards every single month. It's actually really unfair when we are paying way more rake than they are.

Yeah, number of tables can be observed should be like 20. That would also be useful if I wanted to piss off the table campers and bumhunters. I managed to block their tables by making my computer automatically click on the empty seats 5 times per second, and that way they are always reserved. The only bad thing is I can't use my pc for anything while doing that.

I can't do that. This trick only works on HU tables, or 6 max, where 5 players seated and no one's playing.

These indeed are just business decisions - 888poker constantly adjusts its table caps and rake structures to develop the poker eco-system that fits its audience best.
We have made a great amount of adjustments to tournaments and cash games in the past year to fit the specific needs of our audience.
It'd be hard to explain everything for a business standpoint, especially since every decision affects different players in a different ways. Even the table cap - yes, it means less open tables per player, effectively less hands played... but it makes the game more enjoyable for many casual players on 888poker.

1) My luckyace account is in CAD. My Skrill account is in CAD. Yet I'm getting charged FX fees on all my deposits.

2) I MIGHT BE MISSING MONEY?? I've made $1200 worth of deposits. According to HEM, I'm down $425. My balance is $414.52. That's a $360 shortfall missing from my account. WTF?
