First I don't get to spin the wheel for cash back everyday.

Beside the fact I don't see what's the point of the wheel since in reality it's mostly a 5% rakeback. And 5% of what exactly I don't even know... I would not even be surprised if it's 5% of another %.

But it seems a little disorganized that some days I get to spin the wheel and somedays I can't.

Also now they require me to update the software so I can spin the wheel. So I put my game on stop, download the new software, and am currently waiting hoping it will work.

Then I get 5$ bonus to play on casino game. And When I go play on casino game my account goes down 5$. But I did not even want to play on casino game. I just wanted to use the bonus. And I can see in my 'rewards' section, they still indicate I have 5$ for 'freeplay' but in reality I don't even want to think about that anymore.

Also every day I spin a stupid wheel and I win a free ticket for a tournament that is worth like something so marginal it's not even worth the few seconds to spin the wheel. And then the tourneys for these tickets almost never run so I accumulate like 40 worthless tickets.

This is if I don't win the 5$ rewards for casino which is theorically worth something but in the end my account goes down 5$ when I go casino.

Even after downloading the new version of 888poker a few minutes ago and click on spin the wheel cash back I get the message 'failure to launch ? get the latest version here'.

It's such a crap website. If you want to give the rakeback just give the ****ing rakeback instead of going to the process of the wheel which should really not be a wheel and make it so hard to access.

Actually, cashback promo was really bad idea. Players started to remember good old days with big bonuses and rakeback and don't understand that their chances to get some real money are close to zero and they are not satisfied. Better to give it in a chest and never call it "cashback" again.

The first wheel is huge with so many apparent outcomes possible on it but in reality it always end up on cheap tourney ticket worth not even 1 cent. Which if we look at the wheel represents like 1/15 of the wheel.

The other wheel always hit on the 5% which on the wheel rep 20% of the wheel. But in the reality I think we would be winning in EV if we just don't get to spin the wheel and hit 5% daily.

The one time I get a bonus to bet on casino but when I go bet on casino my account go down with my own money and am still waiting for a reply from support 2 days later.

If you complain enough they will close your account. There are definitely shady people employed and it reflects these promotions and how they are presented. 888 was fined 7.8 million euros for a reason. One quick google will show they neglected responsible gaming for a long time.

Try reinstalling the client to see if that clears it up for you.

So, I have finally figured out the Level bars, you have to complete the "Be Active" Challenge before you can level up. And that practically means you are limited how much points you can make per day if you want to progress in the loyalty program.
This is really stupid and only makes me go and play on other sites if I'm up for more action.
