So having been dealt 100 hands he will play ~66 times at the BTN at ~33 times at the BB.

It’s past that point now. I have contacted a third party resolver from the UK Gaming commission site. I found it while reading up on you being fined 7.8 million dollars for neglecting responsible gaming.

Its a shame and people wonder why online poker will never flourish again without being in the United States fully and this is a big reason why. You spend so much money to get me to play through advertising, sponsorship and commercials and you clearly don’t have the employees to properly support our issues! How you are able to combat bots and collusion properly when you take weeks and still can’t resolve a simple issue is absurd.

Hello , I have had my 888 balance taken away from my account as i did not log in for 12 months. I have tried to contact the support but it some of the worst in the industry , they said they could not even find my account. Now i need to seek legal advise to get the funds back, is there anything i can do? taking a week to reply to an email ???

Good luck. The customer service here is disturbingly bad , even if they were a mom and pop business in India. I can’t stress enough how much customer/player neglect is going on here and everyone should be encouraged to contact uk commission to resolve any issues. 888 was already fined 8 million euros by Watchdog for neglecting responsible gaming. Google it.

I would like to warn 888poker about an active cheater on their site that goes by the nikname of optimus23prime https://www.sharkscope.com/#Player-S...ers/Optimus23P . This player is a known cheater, he plays heads-up sit&goes across multiple poker sites and he's using a helping software provided by another cheater that is known by the screenname currr14. Currr14 is banned on pokerstars. He and another player going by the screenname Xrab, created a bot, playing heads-up sit&goes. Ofcrourse, they were banned on pokerstars. But they've started distributing the bot to other players in exchange for a share of their profit and infesting all poker sites outside pokerstars. 1 year ago, complaints were made ro partypoker, and after an investigarion they've all got banned. Indeed he is an idiot. But there is a reason why he created the same nikname on all poker sites. He wanted to show right the way that he is a member of cartel on 888 & party poker, so the regs/bots from other site don't start playing him. This is a common thing to do in husng, unless you are a known bot ofcourse.

Regarding your second question, he's just 1 of many operators that pay a share of profit to currrr14 in exchange for the software and operating on 888 poker

To confirm my words, you can get in touch with any reg playing hypers hu sng on 888 poker starting with 100$ limit, everyone will tell you the same story, they have to share the lobby with obvious bots, some of them are known to be banned on party or pokerstars

The $55 buy-in Sunday Deepstack Monsoon surpassed its $10,000 guarantee by attracting 172 players who rebought 63 times. Any plans to have tables resize properly to fit 4k screens. Also tables freeze way to much. Improvements coming?

Do they play lower? 20 and 30?

Maybe you should try a reinstall to see if that helps your table freezing issues.
We are always updating the software but I am not privy to that information but they may decide to alter the table resizing due to players feedback.

I won't say anything about that since I didn't play these limits. Most likely yes, but these are not currr14 bots.

There are obvious bots on 10 USD games and anything higher. Bots site advertise their products for 888 and 888 cannot do anything about that. Lost thousands in rake while playing against bots. I was reporting them hundered times and nothing has been done. They dont care cause bots make over 50% of thier traffic on those games.
