I've always been a fan of 888's mtt schedule and the software, in general I like this site a lot, but the site really needs to change the loyalty system.

Here is the thing, I'm over level 200 in the VIP club, I can still finish the rake part of leveling up in 1 day of grinding, but then I will have to "stay active" for 4~10 days just to get the remaining points to level up, essentially getting 0 rakeback in these days, no matter how much in rake I generate.

This really makes no sense to me, and when I have similar tournaments to choose from, with limited table space, it's enough to make me choose the ones from other sites, for monthly point chase etc. Your mtt schedule is quite solid, and I can see you guys are still trying to improve it, but honestly I think what is lowering the site traffic for last 1/2 years is the bad rakeback system, not the software or the games.

Now that party is banning HUDs, I know some regs (myself included) are looking for other options, if you guys could redesign the rakeback system (doesn't even need to be super high % rakeback or anything, just make it clear, simple and reasonable), and put some more solid daily tourneys out, I could see the traffic goes up real quick.

Idk if anyone responsible for the VIP system will read this, I hope so, just wanna say I think this poker site has good potential, but you really need to fix that reward system.

100% agreed and have commented on this before to deaf ears it seems. Look at your numbers guys. PLO tables are a fraction of what they used to be. People have voted with their feet and left.

I used to be a 100NL 24 tabler at PokerStars and currently returned to online poker and decided to start with 888 for the first deposit bonus. Right now I am playing a mix of 5-10NL. I recently received an email "regarding some potentially unusual patterns on your account" and that "We have detected behaviour involving the use of certain prohibited software such as Seating Aids, HUDs or similar software".

So HUDs are prohibited now? I currently use HM2 and NoteCaddy. And as for seating aids, we only play 6 tables. Does anyone seriously need a Seating Aid for that.

I replied to the email but decided to post here as well because I noticed that it takes a really long time for 888 to get back to my emails. They have not even finished verifying my ID for cashier purposes and it's been 6 days already.

Tried PM'ing 888rep but can't seem to PM him just yet.

And since I already brought up software use, is there like a Table Ninja and Table Optimizer for 888? Tried Google but couldn't find any.

Hahahaha amazing. Been away from here for a long time but thought I'd check in on this thread as I've logged in for something else.

Retired from poker roughly four years ago and haven't played a hand on 888 since. This problem was supposed to be getting addressed way back then too and I'm not in the least bit surprised that the problem is still here.

Some things never change 888 rep eh? How is it possible that you still have not fixed it? At least the names look different to the players who we reported to you a hundred times at least and you kept saying you'd let the magical unicorn at 888 know and then nothing was ever done.
