ugh, sorry rep but i gotta agree with the criticism about the new software, it's almost making me not even want to play on the site, can you at least please give us the option to play on the old software.

It just looks like some play money poker app more suited to a mobile, it feels like a cartoon. The way our screen name and stack size is positioned looks ridiculous, if anything just make our name/stack size look the same as all players. I do not want to continue playing on this at all.

The information bar along the top takes up more room than it should, its a bit of a distraction. Its even hard to type in bet sizes, the numbers are so small and i have made mistakes already with it, i would type in a number but then the software will revert back to the minimum bet lol. The cards on the board are just too small, as are players names and stack sizes.

But honestly i would just take the old software over this in a flash.

Gonna be honest, i've been playing on the site for almost 4 years and i like a lot. And a cannot believe someone can authorize this software to be launch in current state. Its really really really BAD, and the fact that we cannot use the old one makes me quit the site. I think its fine to try new things, but i dont get why we cannot change if we dont like. The majority of people HATED, with some reason, beside i think somethings are ok. Sadly i have to quit the site if the only way is play with this new software.

That is what I did! Changed card format to flat (tilt is just tiliting), changed the background, the card's face & Hide images … but is this really why you did all these changings? Just to give us the possibility to change those awful default settings?! The main problems remain (screen names & stacks to small, bet slider options, …). Old version wasn't very good but much better than this update!

Those chips in weird places needs to be fixed, also when it goes open and 3bet.

888 have a history of not giving a **** what people think Altough i am one of the regulars on website and i am deeply affected by this changes, it was same when they decided to stop giving rakeback, to shut down HEM on snap etc etc. it is obvious they are more oriented to protect recreational players and that is completely fine i guess, they will not die neither do they have majority of their profit from poker, they are earning more from sports and casino games, this is just side thing to keep everyone happy. So yeah, if you dont like it, then just stop playing there and go to some other website, otherwise just deal with it and adjust to it, it is not anything new that 888 is doing everything in their power to tilt you with gameplay stuff (remember full card view and stuff like that) So my only concern is untill when will they tweak tables and graphic design because it is obvious it isnt completely ready.

Just let me still throw tomatoes at people, please dont terminate that option please DDD

Are there anyone still able to use old version?

I'm still on the old version, and I'm TRYING to figure out how to get on the new version, and can't figure it out. I need to update my software StackAndTile to be compatible. lol. Sounds like a horrible update overall, so probably won't be able to support much anyway.

@888Rep Will Holdem Manager and/or Poker Tracker work at some point with the new software version? Waiting for their updates or you decided to get rid of those?

Never thought i would miss the old software so much, i am hoping you can give us the option to still play on it, i just can't play on the new one, i'm sorry but i hate it.

Will HEM2 work with the new software?

This happens when the tables are small.
By small i mean small for 888,normal size for players.
If you make the table very big you will also see the chat button and position information.
I have a 32" monitor for 12 tables and my tables are the same like anon.
888 pls add these features to all size tables and more important the chip positions of the players left and right of the table.

Why do you ask poker room representative about an additional software? They don't have to support HEM2, they even don't have to think about it.

I don't see any change in the UK. I don't know if it's because I use a table mod but I can't remember it updating.

everything is awful with the new layout.
time left makes me feel like i got 3 seconds to make my decisions, hero will disappear from time to time. i couldn't even 2 table properly because of this layout.
you ****ed up badly this time.

Played on this poker room for over 6 years, they launched a bit over 2 years ago their 'levels program rewards'. I just made it to level 100 and got a scratch card. Expected some kind of a great reward for this milestone, scratched to get an 'igoodie tournament ticket'. 100 levels later of over 400 days of play, to get a freaking igoodie tournment. I never been this tilted from playing online in my life.

I'm transfering my money to somewhere else, you guys promote rewards but the more you seem to play on the website the less valuable you are it seems.

If you are choosing a poker room based on rewards then you are screwed no matter what. Sure another room might be slightly better but in general rewards are useless for poker. Rewards are for sports and casino degenerates. My friend is one of them and he's always getting free $20-$50 bets for sports

Yes it would.

I can't start the new version at all. It just never opens. If I launch poker.exe, I see the update, but then nothing happens. If I launch from the shortcut, nothing happens at all. I have tried uninstalling and installing again.

Another uninstall fixed it.
