I'd like to mention that a thread about PickEm8 has been created in NVG. You may want to comment there to prevent possible misunderstandings.

Regarding feedback. You ve decided that you want to give us a pittance in rakeback. Most of us don't like it, but that's fine.

What grind my gears however is the way you decide to dispense it. Again, nevermind the requirement to play casino or sports just so we go up another level faster. The vast majority of the crumbles we get back is through freeroll tournaments.

This means that on days we are playing, we need to make a point of adding those tournaments in our schedule; in my case this means adding the freeroll to the 20 tournaments I am already playing. And to make matters worse. registration is open only an hour before the tournament starts. If of course, it's not a playing day, I need to make a point to interrupt other stuff I am doing so I can enjoy the privilege of competing for half an hour for a tournament that pays you something like 75 cents if you minicash.

All of this results in my client being always full of tickets, the vast majority of which I never use.



I mean again, I get it, you do not want to reward grinders. You want to engage in price discrimination. Fine.But at least, have the decency to respect our times. Do you think that after all the hurdles and obstacles you places in my way, you expect me to get a dollar fifty for my troubles? Fine. Save me the smokes and mirrors and give me the dollar fifty directly. Do you want to insist on giving the money back through tournaments? Fine. But at least open registration days in advance and make them blind all ins and save us the hassle of wasting our times on them.

I mean, even Stars Chests which was a laughable rake increase when it was introduced and which also tries to accomplish the same price discrimination you engage in is more efficient and respectful than the tournament system.

For the love of God, show some respect towards your customers.

As of late 2017, 888 was notorious (in comparison with other major poker operators) for the 72-hour cooldown period, during which a withdrawal would be on hold (but could be reversed ), or at least, it applied whenever I'd played in the casino recently and was trying to withdraw with Skrill.

Moreover, the payment processing team seems to work on business days only, so the best time for a withdrawal request is between Friday morning and Tuesday morning, to receive the money between Monday and Friday, respectively, with no extra weekend wait.

That's something to bear in mind if you're playing at different sites - the logistics can be affected by this 888's peculiarity.

Or does the 72-hour cooldown not apply nowadays?

If you want to deposit money through Neteller, it gets done in an instant - day or night, weekday or weekend. If you want to withdraw money through Neteller, it takes 3 business days - weekends don't count. As far as I can tell anyway.

OK, so the ewallet withdrawal timeframe hasn't changed since last year , thanks for the info.

That said, I don't think it's always 3 business days. Rather, 3 calendar days have to pass until the team is allowed to start actually processing the withdrawal; if the latter happens on a business day, the cashout is approved on the same day and finished immediately, otherwise it's completed on the following business day.

I can only withdraw via transfer to my bank account. It is fairly quick lately, 4-5 workdays id say.
Still I would much prefer Neteller, but I do not have the option, how can I get that work?

You have to build a path, deposit any amount with neteller and you can start withdrawing to neteller. If you've never gone in with neteller, you can't come out to neteller

I have had to update the software every time I have logged in for 3 days in a row. The program also disappeared from my laptop. The last download failed so I am reinstalling from the download I did 2 days ago.

Surely that can't be normal.

Also, agreed with others as to the rubbish rewards scheme. I have generated 100s of dollars in rake recently and the most I can be rewarded is $7 over 9 days or $4 over 5 days. Then for climbing 5 levels, I just got "rewarded" with $5 free play on casino games. No interest in the games what so ever and even if I did, i need to play 100s of hands for the bonus to be claimable. Thanks for (virtually) nothing.

Well, now is just impossible to play. I get an error when updating and everything erases, so I go to 888 website, download the installer from there and once it installs the software and I open the client it says: "888 is updating now and will start when finishes" or something like that. And when it starts the update process (should be unncesary as I downloaded the client from 888 website so I guess it should be the last version?) I get this.
Obviously this had to happen on a sunday.

Loose 1 ticket of 16 big fish and soon loose +1 of 33 for problems of conections of room.

And support never solves the crap.

Another week to respond, with the department responsible. a lot of bureaucracy. Bureaucracy to withdraw, to deposit no!
