I have been playing for ages at 888 and I retruned after a long sabbatical. Since yesterday I have been having connection error with the website while all my other poker sites and my itnerenet connection is working perfectly.

This has resulted in at least 3 tournaments that when I returned my stack was 1BB. Can I get a refund for this?

Also, are you having serious issues with the network connection?

I also have a debug.log and Clogfile.log on my desktop not sure if these are standard.

Yes we are having network issues.
You will need to contact support@888poker.com regarding any refunds due.
Just delete the clogfile as it is unimportant.

It is absolutely detrimental to players. What will happen if it happens during an FT?

From yesterday I got disconnected in both my sessions, once I couldn't even bet a made straight. 2 mtts I returned with 1bb.

If you want to reach pokerstars you need to act now, not hiding from the problem.

Please read earlier pages in this thread and it will be explained to you what is happening to all poker sites at the moment.

This is so indicative of the terrible customer support at 888. Its also complete fabrication.

You could have answered his question with a reference to a post, a brief resume or a proper response, instead you leave him still in the dark and under the impression its happening everywhere.

Not all poker sites have this problem, i have been playing on unibet without any problems.

Client has been crashing for half an hour now. When I restart it, not only does it get stuck, it makes pokerstars get stuck as well. and obviously when you have 20 tables going on and you have to keep restarting clients, you make a ton of poker mistakes.

Pokerstars works well. I can't describe how how tilted all of this makes me. THIS IS THE DAY OF YOUR BIGGEST TOURNAMENT SERIES AND I CAN"T PLAY PROPER POKER!

I'd like to report player under name "zouzouni1998" for multiaccounting and maybe he is also a bot. He is the player "cfisoten" that hasn't played since 20 august. Both accounts are from greece and I am pretty sure they are the same person. Both have equal stats specially the 100% steal from the small blind which is so UNUSUAL( not 90% or 95% BUT 100%) and over 80% steal from the button. Both NEVER add-on at rebuy tournaments which is EXTREMELY ODD even if they have 2 blinds.(Bot propably not configured to addon). Also neither cfisoten neither now zouzouni1988 play tournaments bigger than 3$ which again is EXTREMELY WEIRD (propably because he thinks bots don't get busted at small stakes tournaments). All these can't be just coincidence. Cfisoten either got banned propably because it's a bot, either he created a new account cause he got exploited by other players from the previous one and now returned under the screename "zouzouni1998" so that players don't know who he is. Forward this for research please. Either he is a bot, either he has 2 accounts which is multiaccounting and at both cases according to your T&Cs he must be banned.

I am still waiting for the refunds for last Sunday (over a week ago). Contacted support, was told to provide a ton of information which I have no idea how to get. No reply to my second e-mail at all !!

The fact is, all my tournaments were affected (at least 5 of them). I am shocked refunds are not done automatically and you have to e-mail... but to ask my for every tourney's ID/ date/ buyin amount?? Why cannot support simply check that info and give refunds? Does it mean I am not getting refunded?

Just go into poker lobby then MY PROFILE then GAME HISTORY then TOURNAMENTS and you will see all the games you played along with the ID.

Thanks, though it's still annoying to have to jump through these hoops. The support could also at least tell me that much instead of ignoring my e-mail. Hope at least now that I e-mailed them yet again the refund will go smoothly.
