What i find confusing is the site is still running, losing huge amounts in overlay. Users are getting irrate because one minute you can log in and register, the next your out on your feet again.

Wouldn't a more reasonable action to be to stop everyone from playing until the dilema is solved?

Has this happened before. luckily I was down to last table I was running 24/177 24th place paid $20.
My table was fairly soft and with the top heavy distribution my expectation would reasonably be in excess of the twenty dollars.

will I be reimbursed at all and if so how much the $5 entry or the twenty dollars?

This. Multiple times I was told by friends who were trying to grind on Sunday that the site was back up and working, so I'd get in and have my 4 MTT's up, add some sngs, and the entire thing crashes again. Probably half on me for being stupid, but I'm going to be asking for half the bulk sum of my SNG buyins for the day as well as my entire range of MTT buyins.

If this doesn't happen, I'll be done with the site. Completely unacceptable to leave your player base uninformed and the site half running other then a tweet that doesn't even say what the issue is. Meanwhile, you are allowing people to register MTTs and SNGs, when some have just logged on for the first time and are unaware of the issues.

Is now a bad time to consider signing up for 888 to gain access to more tournaments outside stars?

ACR - also took more than a week and lots of anger of the players
Party - quite some days of hassle
PS - 1-2 rotten days
other sites I dont know, but sure there are more...

888 is promising to pay all player, but they say it will take time as they dont have the personell to handle all cases quickly
