So that means PT and HEM are not Permitted Aids according to their TOS, as they calculate and display information about a player that you already have access to as a player at previous tables.

Therefore, reading on, 888poker reserves the right to take any action they see fit, including immediately blocking access to their Services, terminating your account and seizing all monies held in it; if you use such a HUD.

Who knows? They don't tell anyone why they were banned, except the Regulator if someone complains about a ban. If they told them that was the reason someone was banned, and pointed them to that paragraph, the Regulator would tell the banned person only that they had investigated their complaint and that they agreed 888poker had followed the TOS.

Also, very few 888poker players are readers of TPT.

Before I go over my actual issue,
I just would like to thank you for the detailed information
on the "accounts being locked"-issue.
This was a pretty great post which was copied though from the russian pokerforum, which makes me wanna ask, why you have not brought all these very helpful information here?
I mean, people in the thread asking since weeks in a desperate manner what is going on?

I don't know, but is the russian or in general eastern europe customerbase by any chance potentially more valueable for 888 and/or in general for pokerclients than customerbases from other regions/locations (serious question btw)?
Or what is the concrete reasoning that there was no helpful information revealed within the 2+2 community, but apparently within other forums?
It also strikes me that 2+2-officials/mods/etc would ignore this fact and just accept that.
Im sure 2+2, 5 years ago would have not ignored this aspect.


Now to my current issue:
You have said that 888-tech-department is already working on a fix for the
"client is crashing when one is closing 1 table"-issue.
Could you please provide us any sort of timeline or estimation when this issue will be fixed?

I mean, this is anyways close to insane to be honest.
No offense, but it is absolutely no problem that after a client-update tech-bugs can happen. That is not a big deal and can always happen.
But how one of the biggest poker-client nowadays can fail in
a.) taking full responsibility (at the beginning they did not even admit it's on their side)
b.) fixing it at the exact same day
(stars would have fixed such a significant bug within hours)

is for me just shocking and actually unbelievable if it would not be for the fact that you would actually witness it yourself.

Anyways,
as said, any info on a time-approximation about when this issue will be finally fixed, would be highly appreciated.

I have been informed that the bug will be fixed in the new version of the client which should be happening during the next two weeks.
Apologies regarding the no information, it was not passed on to me but I have been assured that this will not happen again.

Why the **** do those stupid animations when you can throw eggs etc at each other still exist?

So so so tilting, even when other people are doing it to each other... Even when you have them muted you still see that.

You can stop seeing this by going into the Settings then Game Display and disable animations.
