I made a deposit last month and a bug made me pay several multiples fees, where my e-wallet in dollars transferred in dollars but the site turned into BRL then it turned again into USD, I paid several extra fees almost 20% of the total deposited

I tried several ways to reverse or make some agreement to solve this problem but nothing happened

so I decided to withdraw my funds from the site that has no commitment to the client

On the 5th of this month I made the request for the service, and today the value returns to my account again without my permission.

Where is the integrity of this site?

Today 888 updated, but the antivirus does not let it update?

If you want to change the big fish theme, you need to go to the pokerex/themes subfolder and find the folder's theme with the name Theme2477. Search the neighboring folders for the theme of your choice and substitute one for the other.

You then need to restart the client.

Once the bigfish tourney loads however, you need to go to the client's table settings and change your theme to another click apply and then switch back to your preferred theme. At that point, you will be able to have your own theme working at the bigfish tournament.

But all in all it's a hassle and they should give you an option to use your regular theme to begin with.

To those that are being banned without evidence of wrongdoing who feel its because they are winning players.

Submit a complaint to the UKGC as there has to be a breach on their side. They surely have to prove you have done something before they can do that.

If there is no law and a site can ban you just for winning then the regulator or UKGC need to take a good look at themselves and implement a law that states they have to prove their case against you.

As far as Im concerned 888 is done for.

888 is probably the worst site out there in regards of software, suppport and hence overall player experience.

3 days in a row I got disconnected every hand in tournaments while in last 12 or at final table. I was playing on 3 other sites and everything was working smoothly on those. I was avoiding playing on 888 for good reason and will most likely go back to that habbit
