the client's update ON THE FLY is so sick....

I played at the late stage of a tournament,my client crashes and when I made a restart an update was run.

You represent exact same level as 888 support. Do you really update your software 3 times per day or even more often? I get this ****ing update EVERY TIME i open client. If I open it 6 times per day it will update 6 times. I lost 300 usd due to this bug already. I would like to get newest software that doesnt need to be updated 3 times per day - clear?

yes, and higher rake, but the games are much, much softer.

Dear 888 support, it feels very frustrating, because it seems like no actions were taken against rule breakers, it's been few days since last report, but they continue to abuse the system just like they did before.


Today's proof, were sctname and lizzie_19 continue to camp 4th and 5th at active tables:







Also, there is another guy who started to sit out 4th and camp, Wrs_X:






Please, give them bans for simultaneous abuse or give an official statement, that everyone can sit out now and block tables, because its very unfair to other active players, but keep it mind that table blocking as such would be very harmful for recreational players, who will not feel happy seeing 4-5 players sitting out and hunting for them as prey.

Hello, 888rep. I just want to confirm that this guy sctname really deserves a ban. He ignores 888 tos every day for long time already. I've sent the report by email few times already, but still no actions were taken to him. He ruins the games every day, that is so annoying.

So I made it to level 70 and received my scratchcard. What a great reward, an igoodies tournament ticket...

You should be happy. I do not get any prize 2 out of 3 scratch cards. They email me with info that I have won card. I go to the link and try to scratch and get info "ooops, this card has already been scratched" which is bs of course. If I do not email them there is no prize. If I email them they give me one of those dumb tickets you can win everyday while opening client, but somehow when I scratch card it is always something like cash bonus, special offer worth around 30 USD or something like this.

Well, giving me an igoodies ticket is basically giving me nothing. It's worse in fact, because I have to put in the effort to actually sign up for the tournament on the 25th and waste my time.

The best I have received and I'm almost level 72 now, is 500 gold coins. So $5. Their new "reward" system has potential, but not if the rewards are so weak.

I got the same thing at level 240, iGoodie MTT Ticket ... The most i won was 7000 Coins aka 70$ after raking tousands of dollars! Who won more than 70$ from Scratch Cards?

That's absurd. For level 240!? I didn't even think anyone was that high up.

I was going to post some screenshots of high stakes slots games I spun and then the screenshot of my scratchcard win LOL. However, I took mercy as I have suffered enough.

As I said before, I like the site, but they need to improve some of these awards. At some point, the continuum will swing the other way for these sites.

I'm considering moving away from stars and looks like I'll either play on 888 or party as I have an account on both....

There is no such thing as reload bonus on 888. You get 1-2% rb and should be happy. Cash games are ok but the poker room is full of bots, scripters and sitouters (so chances to get a good table are low) and 888's support will answer on your questions in 1-2 weeks.

Every day when i play and new table pop up, the bar when you have to click ok is many times under table so you cant click ok and you cant move table till you click ok. I have to restart client even 5 times sometimes to play. I lost so many chips because of the restarting and i did complain 3 times to support but they just dont reply.I do play mtts.Anybody have software issue like this?

On Sunday, the highly-anticipated XL Eclipse kicked off with the first 16 tournaments on a 197-event schedule.
The online series, which will run for two weeks through Sunday, September 24, will feature $8,000,000 in guarantees and culminate with a $1,050 buy-in, $1,500,000 GTD Main Event.

Sometimes when i time out in hand, i need to close the table to get back to play.
No matter how hard and often i hit the i am back button, i will sit out until i close and reopen the table.
Very annoying and costly.
