If your video was 5min lenghty and showed a few dozens occurrences of this happening, you might have a case here.
All I can see in that 5sec video is a few guys sitting at almost the same time, ONCE.
It could be some scripts, but could also be a total coincidence, that video proves 100% nothing.

Hey, it is good to have the weekly news, but it would be much better if you can add also final table replays, the final table action is always fun.

Other sites already have those replays, imo you should consider adding them too

6 weeks from the day when I first processed a withdrawal on this abysmal site. Refunded into my account repeatedly without reason, finally get a response from their joke of a support after contacting the rep on here and repeated emails to support. 3 weeks since support tells me everything is fine and they just want to re verify my address, asks me to resubmit documents in the cashier by sending a bank doc. Withdrawal still sitting there, no further contact from support. Blatant bots in the HU lobbies.

This site is an absolute joke.

Started playing on 888 again after a break and my chat box has disappeared, along with stuff like the option to tile tables.

Any ideas? Can't find anything in settings.

There's a button at the bottom right of the table that opens a detached chat box. There's no way to have the chat displayed inside the table window.

Click on table options when you are sitting at the tables and you can tile or cascade your tables.

really strange issue for me, i have just made a withdrawal from my account, however a few days later i receive an email requesting that i send documentation to verify myself. The strange part is having an 888 account for years and having made many withdrawals in the past (brag) but only now do they ask me to verify. Spoke to an adviser on the phone, said they wanted me to prove who i say i am, bit late now perhaps?

Yes they do that all the time and nothing to worry about as it is a standard security check that has to be done from time to time.

Yes we do make random security checks from time to time as there is a lot of cyber crime these days so it's better to be on the safe side and as I said it is nothing to be concerned about and it would only be done once every few years.

That's the problem, sometimes the table options buttons (and the chat,etc) disappear. It doesn't always happen and I can't see if there's any pattern to it.

Have you tried resizing the table larger? There are two table layouts; if you make the table smaller than 600x450 pixels, then the simplified layout switches on and some of the buttons disappear.

The most painful layout change to me is that the 'Play Identical' button is missing from small SNG tables (not from large ones), apparently, because the caption is too long, and instead of shortening it, the client just removes the button altogether when the table is sized down

As coon74 says the buttons disappear when you make the tables small but are there when the tables are a larger size.

Then whz allow shady countries with shady people to even play? Nigeria for example is full of scammers... should ban a country like that. I bet cambodia transfers a lot of trafficking money through 888...

It is better that you make all freerolls in all-in format. There is a lot of sit-out players and some players think that slowing the game is a genius strategy. In a super-turbo format, playing 1 hand in one level or losing chips to sit-outs is very annoying.

It would be better if theyincrease the blind time.
We want to play poker and not bingo.
