Hi, this is my first time posting here so hope it's in the right thread and everything.
I managed to run $10 up to $300 on 888 and feel like the reasonable thing to do is to cash out. Now I had to verify my account and they said that I had to send a copy of my passport and of my card used to make the deposits. I've done all that and it's now been a week without any reply from their end. Anyone else had a similar issue?

Started playing on 888, really not impressed. Emailed before depositing to switch currency to USD, no reply in 3 days. Didn't get the instant bonus I was offered to deposit, no reply to that email. Got a scratchcard for hitting Level 5, didn't work - "Oops! We're having some technical issues".

Maybe it did work - check the 'My Account' menu for the presence of tournament tickets, casino freeplays, bonuses, sportsbetting offers, added club points. In any case, you can ask the support what you've won in the scratchcard.

Regarding the instant $88 bonus - it's released mostly in the form of $0.50 tickets, namely, in chunks of $1 cash + 14 x $0.50 tickets. That was very inconvenient because the $0.50 tickets have a very narrow scope - can be only used in MTTs and 36-player SNGs. I'd rather have been given 7 x $1 tickets (in August 2016) that I would have been able to use in Blast, instead of 14 x $0.50.

The first chunk consists of $1 cash plus 14 tickets given at the rate of one per day, i.e. you have to log in on 14 days in a row to get all the tickets, and use each of these tickets within 24 hours of getting it. That's designed in an attempt to give you the habit of playing daily at 888. All the other chunks are released gradually - it's required to earn 250 bonus points (rake $125) to release the next $1 + 14 x $0.50 chunk.

I had like 30 $3k tickets and have 3 crazy 8s tickets, seems a bit silly to give me more than it is possible for me to use, with only 3 $3ks per day and two(?) crazy 8 sats in the course of the promo.

I guess, it was a casino freeplay offer then. To check this, set a default browser other than Chrome and open the casino. If you have a freeplay, you'll be shown which games are eligible. After you use freeplay, the winnings derived from it will turn into a casino bonus and withdrawing them will become possible only after the wagering requirement is satisfied.

Did 888 poker became legal in Belgium? Sinds we where not allowed to play here a few years back and the site got blocked everytime i wanted to go on it because it didn't have the licence to be legal for Belgium players. Now i can visit the site, so did this chance? Thanks
