Hey 888rep,

the issue was finally solved and I got my money back! Thank you so far...

However, I got a new concern: When I was opening the lobby today I had to see that my status progress had decreased from around 89 % a few days ago to 0 % today. I was on my way to approach the platinum status, but obviously got robbed by your employer. That really sucks!!!!! Since I'm playing thousands of hands each month, the amount of rakeback (reward points) I get does matter to me. So please get that thing fixed for me.

Regarding mobile applicatons:
Yes, the Android app is official, legit and quite good actually =)
So is the recently released iPad app in the UK.

As far as I know, 888 has a near non-existent RB% in their VIP program and no bonuses.

Yeah, we have recently deployed a software update with numerous fixes, and there are more upgrades coming in the very near future. We have experienced some unforeseen downtime in the process.

One of the improvements is that the software now saves your table layout – a feature we have implemented based on feedback received on the forums.
