888 rep can you post a download link for the mac client please. All i am able to download from your website is a zipped version that refuses to launch.
Is there some sort of known technical problem this past few days ? The disconnects happen multiple times per session, every day. Has anyone else had issues ?
I tried downloading from the site again and that wouldn't open either.

is there already an update which fixes the windows7 DPI scaling problem for high-resolution monitors? ....you do not have to ask me again for my username because its a bug within your software and not on my computer what your support already confirmed.
i really want to update and use your most recent client and not stick to a version of 2015 forever which doesn't have this bug.
so is it possible to see a changelog of your software updates anywhere? - i do not want to ask you or the email support about this issue all the time or reinstall the client every week to try if it works now.

Anything in the works in regards to being able to upload your own avatar or at least 888 updating there current ones and providing some new ones for us to choose from?
I personally don't like any of the ones on offer and have played without one for a longtime now.
No plans at the moment but I have passed your feedback over for you.
We need more info regarding this issue as it is working fine for other players.
In any case, we are considering whether to keep this function for future versions.

If you buy into the game with cash you can unregister before it starts and get your money back but that may be different if you bought in with a satelite ticket if that was relevant.
I used to have an account at Pacific Poker and played a bit 7 years ago but it was connected to an old email that I don't have access to anymore. Is 888 a different skin from Pacific Poker? If so, I could just make an account at 888, if not I suppose there will be too much hassle to go through.

Pacific Poker is the old name of 888poker before they rebranded. By creating another account, it will likely get locked. Of course you can try to get in touch with their support in order to find your old account details and then wait between 48-72 hours for a standard copy paste reply.

When I click Redeem scrollbar disappear and confirmation window is always partially out of screen. I can scroll only 'My account' tab, but it is not very helpful.
