I also see that someone else has already posted about viewing the new version and wanting the old version back. Seems the negative feedback means you guys are 0 from 2 so far in terms of your sports bettors. Hardly a good result and glowing endorsement of the changes.

There is not much in the way of Omaha hi/lo in the mid to high buyins. Will this be changing in future. Pokerstars has a ton of mid to high buyins and get good fields mostly and always hit guarantees.

Hello,
I recived a phone call 1month ago from 888 poker and I was informed that players from Romania will have a new platform and my account is eligible to recive a cash bonus when I will active my new acount. So I was told that I must wait until 1 of September to receive an email and make a new account.
On 3rd of September I gived a call on 888suport and I spoken with an operator.I explained him that I didn't recived any email.He told me that I should wait a couple more days.

I send a email on 10.09 ( Reference # 160910-002853). I didn't recived replay.
On 14.09 I recived a phone from a romanian operator telling me the same things...that I should wait.

Can you give me a clear answer..if I will be able to play again with my old account?

Is this situation normal, to speak 3 times with operators, to give 2 emails just for a simple issue?

How would you rate your own support?

My friend's account is now open again. No explanation or anything, just that his documents were reviewed and accepted.

So the steps to get your account verified on 888 are:

1. send in the documents
2. get banned without explanation "after careful consideration of all factors involved" with it being "final decision"
3. wait 10 days
4. documents approved

No explanation why the account was banned. No apology or anything. Great way to treat your customers who are recreational players.

I would be interested to hear your policy on account verification. I have now verified my account a total of 3 times, each time after being asked following a cashout request. None of the other major sites require such time wasting policies so what is the business thought process behind this? Is it simply to withhold funds that much longer? In the climate where poker companies are being continually lamented for their greed this doesn't seem like a good model to follow.

Anything in the works in regards to being able to upload your own avatar or at least 888 updating there current ones and providing some new ones for us to choose from?

I personally don't like any of the ones on offer and have played without one for a longtime now.

Hello

I am trying to deposit money, but the lobby is minimised to a point where I cannot access the cashier.

I have uninstalled the program twice and still have the same problem, this is super frustrating.

Is there a way to fix this or should I just deposit elsewhere?
