Hello,
I recived a phone call 1month ago from 888 poker and I was informed that players from Romania will have a new platform and my account is eligible to recive a cash bonus when I will active my new acount. So I was told that I must wait until 1 of September to receive an email and make a new account.
On 3rd of September I gived a call on 888suport and I spoken with an operator.I explained him that I didn't recived any email.He told me that I should wait a couple more days.
I send a email on 10.09 ( Reference # 160910-002853). I didn't recived replay.
On 14.09 I recived a phone from a romanian operator telling me the same things...that I should wait.
Can you give me a clear answer..if I will be able to play again with my old account?
Is this situation normal, to speak 3 times with operators, to give 2 emails just for a simple issue?
How would you rate your own support?
