This is a pretty cool and REAL promotion compared to promotion from other big networks..
But why you dont just credit each player's account with two tickets instead of sending an email with a link that doesn't work for so many players...
I've addressed this problem multiple times to the support and every the response is the same..''' we will look at this blah blah blah..

The same happens to me.
Support seems to try to solve problem,but nothing happens.
I have no problem with scratchcards (yet) but only with wheels and tickets.

Get rid of snow ball throwing and other animations. They are childish, old and only accommodate fish players and raging people.

Also, update your poker room, you still use the same software that was used by Dinosaurs like poker770. Besides that, your room is pretty cool

I want you, yourself, to comment in the thread I made to hear your thoughts on why this cheating is rampant and how it is going to be resolved. Players are joining tables just to play their non-big blind hands...leaving...coming back...non-big blind hands...repeat repeat. It could not be any more obvious.

Does HEM2 record the EV correctly for single table sngs on 888poker? I play mostly lowstakes hyper turbo 6 max sngs on 888poker and according to HEM2, im about $5000 below EV. This is with an average buyin of less than $15 and max of 1500 games. I know i run bad on 888 but no where as bad as on stars though. I posted my graph and the tournament result winnings and the HEM rep on the software thread took a look and said yes im down that much below EV but it might be a bug with the 888 all in software for EV.


Does anyone know if this is true that theres a bug with hem2 and recording EV? Thing is i dont see anyone mention about it in the thread though over there.

Yes, HEM2 does not calculate it correctly. It waaay overstates the EV line. It's a bug that's been known for years. Upload your tournaments/hands in PT4 and you'll get the correct EV line.
