i got a free spin for 5 dollar casino play and in order to move that money to the poker room i need to wager 7 HUNDRED DOLLARS!! does that make sense? can someone from 888 please contact me to let me know. i spoke to someone through chat and all they said was - "well you have the ability to make alot of money". i find that insulting

I made 70$ from that 5$ Casino Bonus ! Guess what? The maximum amount you can win with that 5$ Casino Bonus is 5$,or you win the Jackpot.When you get an 100$ Casino Bonus , the maximum amount you are alowed to take from winnings is 100$! Dont unterstand why anyone is bothering with the new reward sysem??!! THERE IS NO REWARD SYSTEM! Its over guys..
I played last week some snap poker (have the 6 days "be active " challenge ) and raked in 1 DAY 400$ .... guess how much i got in return? NOTHING!

freeplay is a freeplay and you have to wager 1x and maximum is capped at the amount of freeplay

and

after that wager is only a bonus and has no winnings restriction and could be release after the wager req. : 3 Bonus Points for every $1 where 1 bonus point = 10 $ waggered

need a new club member structure. you can get all points from tables in 1 hour then play for 3 days(1 hand) to complete level. so why i need to play more in 1 day if its not rewarding?

Dont get to happy! After my 6 days active challenge i also got 3 Levels without active challenge.Now i´m again at 3 days active challenge. I guess its capped on 6 days and than its repeating.

Any winnings will not show up on your poker account until the they are cleared so have you checked your casino balance?

Any way to disable golden token emails? I just start playing after a while and I am keep getting spamed with them after every couple of tournaments I ve played.

No ther is no way to disable these at the moment but I beleive this is on the list at some future upgrade.

They made some slight changes to the "Be Active" feature last week so you may see it in some future level that you reach.
