So just when I was just about to get to the next VIP level and I was due to play my VIP freerolls they block my account ,SEVEN whole days just to confirm my I.D and my debit card picture,lol
The best I get back after seven days is ,"we are sorry"..............i'm knocked down a VIP level now ,less rake back and I lost out on not playing the freerolls .....how can this be fair....this has to be a scam
