But to take 5-7 days to confirm a simple I.D document at the end of the month, just before you was about to hit a new VIP level is unreal

I now have missed the next VIP level and my points will be reset on March 1st because of there scam of a promotion

It's normal. No emails about withdrawal. After 3 days your withdrawal is processed.

i have a bit of an issue. my account was banned but after handing in some papers it was cleared and i can use it freely now. the issue comes while this was banned i made a another account not realising i coulndt do this and was only allowed one account i did this as i didnt know what was goin on with my other account. the details on the account are made up as my real account had my real details. i have some money on this account and want to shut it down and transfer the funds to my real account. do u think 888 will do this as. it happend to my friend on poker stars and they just transfered the money and deleted the second account, does it work the same here? or am i out of pocket?

Hi. I had an account at Pacific Poker in 2006. After that i havent played there. The "change" from Pacific to 888 was in 2010 but i guess i have still that account with them? I cant create a new one i guess. Is this right?

umm im not to sure mabye as it has been a really long time the inactive account was auto deleted. i would email them first otherwise ull be in the same boat as me. do u happen to know why that take freakin ages to email back seems like a bit of a joke...

You're best option is to just be honest and explain the situation to them. You should definitely avoid chip dumping to your real acc, etc, as that will cause you all sorts of problems. Honestly is the best policy here.

yeah i cant even access the 2nd account i made its currently disabled. i just told them and asked if they can transfer the funds and delete the account. so hopefully thats ok. but u never know, obvously im not trying to scam or anything like that seeing as i emailed them explaining the situation so hopefully they see that.

do you guys happen to know if the live chat on 888 is the operations area or is it just the customer service? when i called the toll free number they said i had to email operations and they can potentially help me but if i can get onto them in the chat box it would be much easier than emailing.

If I it was me I'd email operations as they asked, I doubt the live support can help you out as they probably need more access to merge accounts.

888 network is a clear winner in having the worst support amongst all the poker sites out there.

I will say it from time to time, but yes yes yes, don't play on 888 poker. This site is run by unethical scumbags who in one way or another will steal from you

I had this problem when I first started playing on 888. Someone suggested running the client as admin (Windows 7) and so I do that each time I open it and it has worked 100% thus far. hth

The default is already set to run as admin in windows 7, it's the default. Any other ideas?

The best I get back after seven days is ,"we are sorry"..............i'm knocked down a VIP level now ,less rake back and I lost out on not playing the freerolls .....how can this be fair....this has to be a scam

It's not a scam. I manage to get a hold of the Ops guys and they address you first issue and replied to you. As for you next Loyalty status that too has been addressed, so expect a mail in that regards. I am pretty sure that everything should be to your satisfaction now.

@ Teja500 This should not be a problem. I do recommend that you remove the old pacific poker on your PC if you have it as it will no longer work and DL the latest one from www.888poker.com. By the way, please ensure that you are from an eligible jurisdiction as you will incur issues if you are not.

This is a tough one as what you are saying is you have registered a false name, false address, and other false details that you will NOT be able to provide credentials for; hence committing fraud. How do you think that will go across?

I know they will ask for credentials for that account and as it is a false account you will not be able to procure documents. I can only recommend that you write and explain your issue, but your situation is not a good one.
