Well, there wasn't one. I just got one of those "deposit $450 and get $10 bonus"-offers, which they offer every time.

Very shady way to act, and it's always annoying to lose around $80 for software bugs but I was rather much more annoyed that support also made me waste my time with live support.

But in good light, I like your $360 instant freeplay deposit bonus. Almost makes me feel compensated, but PLEASE tell your support not to make some half-truths and outright lies. If there's no compensation for software glitches then tell it, and don't lie that you get some bonus when you contact live support via phone or live chat. It's most disrespectful!

Yesterday evening I got a phone call from 888 in which they told me that, at the time I got the e-mail (December 30th) there was, indeed, a bonus. However, the bonus was no longer available (at January 1st) and the operator couldn't even tell me what was that bonus, as she had no access to the information. Ironically, I haven't played since December 27th.

Weirdest thing ever.

Hey 888Rep,

We still don't have any answer to the question about what happens to the funds when 888 catches a bot playing poker on your site.

Does 888 keep the money or are you letting the cheater withdraw? It must be one of the two as us honest players are not getting refunded for being cheated.

So how does the different status levels affect the points?

I achieved Gold in December (9% cashback), and when I go to convert reward points they are converted at 1%.

It affects how fast you accumulate points, not the ratio at which you convert them after they are accumulated.

Is there any way to Skype chat with someone from tech support?

I am able to play Snap games by opening two tables I'm not going to use, but when I try to open a tournament table it doesn't work

I would like to be able to play tournaments tomorrow, but I'm not going to risk blinding down multiple tournaments.

I hae to say I have enjoyed my time on 888 so far. Ive only been on a couple days but its been great. Glad I moved on from those other sites.
