I am wondering when the "alert-sound" (absence) problem would be solved on MAC. It has been long time now, that it is not working. I simply cannot play on 888 because of that.

They are aware of this issue and as far as I am aware it will be fixed in one of the next updates.

Update: Unable to play the Snapfold games after reinstall. Why is your support so slow, it's such a big company. I wanted to secure a higher VIP status because your rakeback program is very very poor, but by the looks of it that's not going to happen. If you ever want to compete with Pokerstars you really need to step up your game (or hope Amaya f###s it up even more).

the end of the year is almost here; i'd like to find out how much bonus money i was paid out on 888 during 2015 for tax purposes. i can't see any way of getting this information within the software, but perhaps i'm overlooking something. could you give me a little help?
