K, it's getting late on Friday and no money. It's been over 7 days total now.
So I tried live support to see whats up with this. I sat as #1 in the queue for about 15 minutes before giving up.
So then I tried calling the number that Luckyace lists in the cashier: 0800 404 7748. This turns out to be some call center, which advertises some crap to me for a good minute, and then offers to look up the real number for Luckyacepoker.com.
So then, I call the number they gave me: 1-800-712-3000. Turns out this is a call center for Comcast, with a looping reception that gets me nowhere.
So then, I click around in the Cashier and find this number: +126 84844913. I misread that this is a 'toll number', not toll-free, and find out it's gonna cost me about 24 cents a minute for the privilege of speaking with Luckyace support.
So then, I speak with a lady, who informs me that I need to send documentation proving my identity and address. After having this account for 5 years, and dozens of deposits and cashouts.
Not even an email from LA informing me of this development. I had to track down and contact their support center to find out why my cashout is stuck 'In Process'.
