Until they implement ICM payout refunds, 888 is not the place to play tournaments (play on other sites, as disconnections are also frequent here). And don't expect to get an answer on ICM payout possibilities from the Rep here or upper management, as it is not going to happen, despite the obvious logic behind it.

It has been fine lately, but there was 2 patch of 1 month each of frequent disconnection in 2015. Barely any apologies were made. You only got your buy-in refunded, regardless of how deep you made it. Cash game disconnection lost equity was not refunded. Nobody from upper management came down and apologized. But hey, they gave us some freeroll tickets and a 10$ bonus

Skim back ITT and read for yourself.

Pardon my apparent intolerance towards this site, but I have been upset with their lack of communication lately about confiscated bot money - which is obviously crucial and unethical, to say the least.

Ever time I use one of those tickets I run so brutally cold afterward on SnGs that I view them like a virus that infects me with run-bad. I now never give them a second-look and don't care how many I have as I will not use them.

Hey 888rep,
It might be more useful and encourage more cash-money play (without crashing your servers) if each of those tickets could be converted to a small blind up to 50 cents. Pass that along.

The only recurring issue was disconnects though in truth I have not had one for a few months.
