I got an email from a 'Darius', (customer support rep) and he apologised for the misinformation and confirmed I have $122.49 available for withdraw.

I opened the client and tried to make a money transfer and I STILL got the same 'your account is restricted, to disband use verify id tool, etc etc'

The problem is not to WITHDRAW the money, I have no need to WITHDRAW any money right now, I merely wish to be able to send and receive MONEY TRANSFERS from other 888 players so that I can continue getting staked/backed by investors

So, I have replied back to mr Darius that I the problem is not to WITHDRAW the money, but to make money transfers to other 888 players

that's ALL I wish to do, be able to send money transfers to other players

so, I don't know what's next, is there a bug in the software? I have even replied to the first response I had posted in this thread and sent them a screen shot of what I am seeing everytime i try and make a money transfer and i am waiting for a reply to that

why you really dont understand that you have to make a deposit ? you dont have to make 2 deposit , one is enough to unlock your transfer option.

if you are not a multiaccounter , make that deposit , if you insist that you ll not , then i am 100% that you are one of many other trying to make bull****s on the site

THere are 2x $1 ALL-IN SnGs (under Steps) for an XL Main Event seat valued at $1050. It seems worth the flick in. GL

I have just started playing at 888 again and I cannot remember how the time bank works (or doesn't).

So, just testing software on the play money tables atm (6max turbo sngs) but the time bank doesn't work on either manual or automatic.

Doesn't work if I have actively put money into the pot either.

I will be playing thee same games shortly for real money. So, what is the reason the time bank doesn't work?

is almost annoying responding on the same subject all the time : you have an option above the threat with named "search" . If you will post there the word timebank , you ll find the answers of your question , but shortly , is not working only when you are in the pot.

just logged in and issue is now resolved, popups are gone and the money transfer feature is available, I shall now resume playing on the site, thanks sooooooo much for your help

I would strongly suggest that if you do not represent the 888poker site in any manner, then you should refrain from making any comments/suggestions/remarks to users who are here to look for solutions (and not acidic comments) to their issues with the site, that's why its called a 'Official 888poker Thread'.

This is just a suggestion of course, and if you still wish to stick your nose into matters that you have no FULL comprehension of, then perhaps it would be wise to keep your comments civil and polite, rather than forcing your ungentlemanly (or unladylike if you are female) words down peoples throats

As can be seen above, my issue has been resolved and I am now back playing on the site.

lol , you are make me laugh. is really obvious , if you dont intend to make a deposit on the site , is something wrong with the account . it will be interesting to see the realting accounts between you and the sender . i have all the right to make suposition becouse i am tired to report fraudulent accounts .so if will be up to me i was continuosly keep blocking you transfer till a very fully verified account and deposit.

I can totally see how you often get in trouble with poker sites and other people in online forums. I never said I don't intend to make any deposits, and there is nothing wrong with the account, I am playing quite normally. If you had really taken the time to read the previous posts you would see that the money has been paid back and I have no need of making any transfers right now, until I offer out any stakes and get staked for poker games which is when I will need the transfer back service.

Of course you have the full right to keep making 'suppositions' without confirming anything from the 888reps, so please continue and I am glad that its not up to you to decide what should happen to who in their accounts.

Question: why u think he need to deposit to be able to transfer?

Its clearly some mistake by 888 poker he verified his account twice. 888poker confirmed and still account was not verified.
Then they asked to wager more. HE did. and still not solved.
Then they told to deposit not just once but TWICE.
How u find it normal?? after all these asking for deposit twice.
Please dont try to give a solution where u have no knowledge.

You cannot send it back to the guy that staked you and he sends it to you via other means such as an ewallet? There is most likely a wager / play through requirement active before you can withdraw the river money, which is kind of standard on the vast majority of online poker sites. Otherwise the doors for money laundering would be wide open.

It just makes it more complicated. I guess you are right , just wondering the specific rules are.

All monies that are transferred to another player must be wagered 1 time to clear it.

Both you and Pecal are way out of line here and giving hannyug all the hatred is totally uncalled for. He had a legitimate problem and needed help. When other people respond it gives the impression the Rep. is off the hook so he doesn't have to respond because some of the regs already did. This happens ro me in other threads too...I make a post asking a legit question to a Rep; a bunch of other people make a lot of noise and the Rep. doesn't respond to me.
