Hello,
I was playing in the $6 2R1A on Sunday - Tournament ID 71709423.
I reached the final table, at which point, everybody disconnected from 888 - I confirmed this by contacting friends who also play on 888, who also reported being unable to get back on.
However, it took me longer to reconnect than everyone else - I managed to log back in on my phone after a while, but the table didn't pop up so I had to log out and start trying to log back in on my computer again.
By the time I reconnected, I'd blinded down from 174k chips in the hand before I was disconnected - This is the last hand that got imported into PokerTracker 4 - To 111k when I came back.

Also, I am staked to play Poker on your site, which requires me to send money to and from my backers a lot. The $220 transfer limit is frustrating when I need to send them money, so can you increase this on my account please?
Cheers,
Andy (EvilPengwinz)

After careful revision of your account, we were able to locate the game that you were disconnected from: $2,500 Guaranteed Turbo 2R1A (ID#71709423) which had a buy in of $6.00. It was noted that you were in fact disconnected, however, you were able to re-enter the tournament and successfully win $115.16. Congratulations on your winnings and as you ended up winning; we see no reason for any reimbursement at this time.
Sure, cashing must mean I didn't lose any EV from this, despite blinding out and losing over 1/3rd of my stack, right? Morons.

In regards to increasing your limits, Andrew, please note that this is an adjustment that you will have to make on your own. Members of the 888 Support Department cannot make this adjustment for you.
As part of our dedication to provide members with a responsible gaming environment, 888poker offers the facility to set your own deposit limits, in turn helping you control the amount of money wagered at our tables.
To implement these limits, please visit the Cashier and towards the bottom of the screen, click either the 'Responsible gaming' or 'Set limits' link, whichever is available to you.
When using the 'Responsible gaming' link, you are directed to the responsible gaming page. Within the 'Self limits' paragraph, please click the link: 'through the Cashier'. Once directed to the Cashier, login and select 'Enable Self Deposit Limits'.
Alternatively, if you select 'Set limits', click the 'Enable Self Deposit Limits' option on the proceeding page.
You now have the option of setting your own deposit limit by clicking on the 'Edit' button. Please ensure that the amount entered is not below the minimum deposit amount for the deposit method you wish to use.
Upon next accessing the 'Enable Self Deposit Limits' section, you will be presented with the following two options: 'Allow me to deposit more' and 'Allow me to deposit less'. You may choose between further restricting your deposit limits, extending your deposit limits or removing the limits you set previously.

Dear Andrew,
Thank you for contacting us and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, Mathew.
But hey, wouldn't expect anything else from a site that can't even get my name right.
