You will need to allow some more time for our fraud team to investigate these players as 2=3 days is not enough.
They will definitely investigate them pecal but I'm sure you can understand that it will longer than you anticipated.

You make the fraud investigation in this specific case sound like rocket science when it should rather be easy and straight forward.

While we are outing possible cheating accounts...

snephoenix - Showed up on August 13. Has played 3078 games, 2783 of them being $5 and $10 super turbo sngs.

starzlight - showed up on August 12. Has played 3143 games, 3113 of them being $5 and $10 super turbo sngs.

They have played 1725 games together over that time period. There is a VERY high correlation between the times they start and end their days of grinding as well. Example, they both played their last game of the day within 10 minutes of eachother the last time they played yesterday. There is zero doubt that these accounts are linked in someway, and the fact that they have already played these many games shows the inability of 888 to catch cheaters. I have emailed support, but it will not be followed up with for at least 72 hours, so hopefully posting this publicly will make them stop until that happens.

They both show up usually around this time to start their day of grinding. If they have not seen the post when they do, I will keep an eye on the lobbies and update once they both start.

Edit: 2:50 PM ET: snephoenix just registered in his first game of the day.

I meant they are very busy at the moment and they will get around to these latest issues in due course.

It's very unfortunate that even your own support is experiencing server issues and lag. On a more serious note, a waiting time of up to 72 hours is by far not standard at all in the industry and makes 888 look like amateurs.

Quoting me on this issue again. There is no way you can do a break with doing "Sit out next Bigblind on all tables" and going for a 5min break without losing tables. Other sites timeframe for having a break are way easier to handle..

We have added a late night Crocodile on Saturday night as well. 00:00 GMT on the night between Saturday and Sunday.

After more than 2 months of delayed cashier opening (it took more than 5 minutes for cashier to open itself in full) today the problem is gone.
I believe problems with disconnections are also in the past now.

what we can do against those kind of colluders i was talking about? each day new created accounts same person , every single day .

i cant send all day long 5 another 5 emails with those kind of accounts and anyway they dont spend more than 1 day on the site.

I fully understand your frustrations but there's not a lot I can do but advise you to mail support and see what they advise.

You could actually forward this very information presented to you in the thread to the relevant department instead of having him send it to regular support and then wait until it gets forwarded to the proper department. Did this ever cross your mind as being more effective and taking less time?
