The action in itself isn't illegal. However if there is any suspicious behaviour whatsoever, you'd have difficulty proving your innocence. If you can avoid the same tables, I'd recommend that. If you can't, make sure everything is on the up-and-up.

1. The AM_DB Error is being worked on. They thought they solved it a number of times, but it keeps slipping through the cracks. Not sure of the cause, but it is harmless (except for being annoying).

2. P-1-en-4-6.7-0-18 is what I'm seeing. If there are major updates/fixes that you definitely don't want to miss, I'll make sure to announce it.

3. There is a plan for the waitlist issues to be handled. As always, I hesitate to give timelines because the only thing worse than not getting anything done, is being told it's getting done only to be delayed. However I'm expecting 1st Quarter-2nd Quarter of this year to be dealt with.

4. Looks like you're right. The arrow I thought that minimized it doesn't, it detaches. I'll pass some feedback along for ways we can improve the chat box. Possibly revert back to the version Roy is talking about.

5. But here is the problem....every new table I open that still has the show best hand feature on it again...it only gets rid of the tables that are already running but i keeps showing up on the new ones even when show best hand is unchecked...please fix this...shouldnt be too hard.

Does Stack & Tile on any other type of pot betting and table layout software work on 888? I'm a person with a disability looking for software to help me play on the site.

Anyway, I use Key Poker on 888, and it works great for me. However, I don't use the layout feature, so I'm not sure how well it works. There's a thread for it in the software forum.

I have fine motor difficulties and cannot use a mouse. Short cut keys make things easier.

I've used Key Poker on 888 and it works well, but I wish it handled the buy-in and seat me process. I also wish 888 remembered your last layout.

I'm not sure if the features you need are possible, but if you post in the Key Poker forum and talk to the developer, who's name is John, I'm sure he will do his best to implement what you need. He's been very good to me in adding features I requested.

After a disconnection the automatic rebuy stops working. Fix that please.

I haven't (hadn't) played on 888Poker for quite awhile & actually just made a deposit this past week with plans on playing on there more often in near future. So it was just tonight that I discovered that you're limited to playing on a max. of 8-tables now on 888.. wtf? why? I'm a micro player & previously while playing on there I'd be 16tabling so I was REAL DISAPPOINTED to see that this is no longer possible. 'IF' I had been aware of this, I wouldn't have deposited onto the site.

I'm also getting that AMD_ERROR crap popping up on my screen. At first it was just once in awhile, then more.. More.. MORE.. then CONSTANTLY until it froze on me. So it's suggested that I 'uninstall' & then 're-install' the software? I suppose I lose player notes while doing so?

i also won a satelitte to Weds Challenge worth $27.50 .. it tried auto regging me and got some error and to contact support... well support is useless and couldnt even find the tourny id , then finally did and said they paid me which they HAVEN'T...

As the 4th biggest online poker room (according to Pokerscout.com), 888 really needs to give faster access to player funds.

Simply put, the 6 day withdrawal time frame(Skrill.com) is unacceptable. If you are to ever compete for a top 3 spot, you really need to do better than this. I'm not being impossible to ask an instant model (see Pokerstars.com), but a 24hr cash-out is certainly attainable.

Just thought I'd share my negative experience with 888's email [I]support[I].

I emailed 888 with a complaint concerning several free rolls that would not register my enrollment in spite of my qualifying status. Not a big deal since they're only free rolls, but I was still hoping for a relatively professional reply.

Well 28 (!) days later I finally get a reply qualifying me for additional free rolls.
I replied expressing my surprise and dismay that any type of complaint should take 28 days for a response. 888 [I]support[I] replied basically saying we're too busy and that's just the way we roll.

I'd like to think that if I had a more serious complaint they would have replied sooner...but I seriously doubt it. Not exactly a reassuring experience.

something is not right. i played around 450 hands of badbeat table today. Was playing 6 tables, half of them badbeat tables, so couldnt really tell if 888 was stealing from me or not. HEM doesnt include bad beat rake, but i was sure only around half my hands should be raked for bad beat.

- half the time i was the only one posting badbeat jackpot blind.
lost around $200 in bad beat jackpot rake only.

-i should only lose ~$100 since half the time no one else posted, i play lots of HU and most time guys dont even post.
wont be playing till the fix this. losing money when i dont even get the jackpot...

There rule stats that

Two or more players must contribute to the Jackpot. If less than two players contribute, the hand will not be eligible for the Jackpot. Contributions from participating players will be returned to their bankrolls.

Seems like they only refund the money on hands not raked, but on hands thats rake, and im the only one posting the badbeat, they dont return it..........

I am running Trend Micro Titanium anti-virus, and when I install 888.com it says that spyware has been installed, then deletes 888. I thought 888 was a reputable site, why is my aniti-virus telling me spyware is being installed? Has anybody else had this problem?
