E-mail support has stopped to answer my enquiries about this issue. Once I made a 200$ wire transfer deposit from a USD bank account and my bank charged a 9$ fee (I can live with that since it's the same regardless of the amount cashed out or deposited) but they also sent 200$ to 888poker. Guess how much I received on my 888poker account. 188$.

A live support representative told me 888poker don't charge fees for wire transfers and he also said he would email me later. I replied to this email and also sent a picture that proves my bank really sent 200$ to 888poker.

Here's a picture that shows my bank (********) has always released the exact money I wanted to deposit. 9.22 & 9.67$ fees that you can see in the picture are the fees they charge for transfers. As you can see the fees are not included in the deposits so they always send the exact money I wanted to deposit as I said.

I replied that I still couldn't understand what happened to my money but they said my email was received blank so I sent another email. It was something like 100 hours ago I sent the last email and they're yet to reply it.

So, maybe it's not 888poker's fault that my money is missing but I'm not coming back untill I know there will be no hidden fees. I'm sorry if I gave bad publicity to 888poker but it's still the only poker room that has not received the whole amount I've deposited.

I got the waiting list bug very frequently recently.

1. I queued up to a table
2. A popup said there was an available seat for me
3. Click Open the table, click the seat then it said the seat was reserved for another player.
4. I was out of the waiting list
5. I need to queue again at the last position of the list!

It happened so often yesterday and really annoying.

There are lots of 20bb short stacks (usually from Germany or Eastern Europe) playing full ring 2NL and 6NL. Maybe the limit is different at higher stakes.
Stars increased the min-buy-in for cash tables some time ago. I wonder if 888 dare do likewise.

It was the same at 20nl yesterday eve. At least they don't appear to be hit and run merchants, u just can't win much from them, but they will reload to same amount when u bust them so presumably just trying to play short stack strategy. I have not seen any good ones at this level yet tho, so maybe just playing above their bankroll

1. Can you tell us what causes the AM__DB__ERROR error popup? I get this pretty frequently too.
2. With all the players in here having trouble updating I'm a little bit curious...what is the newest version of your software? I play on LuckyAce and when I click on user info in the lobby it says Poker Ver: xxxxxxx . I started playing 3 month ago and never did and update but also never had problems with the software too (besides the annoying am db error) but also wanna make sure I dont miss out on software improvements (although it seems the most useful one dealing with the waitlist problem is still around anyways). But I also wanna avoid not being able to play so I will not update unless I have to or its really necessary.
3. Waitlists in general are a huge problem sometimes...like right now every NL100 6max table has at least 3 players on the waitlist and at NL50 its almost the same...2 tables are without someone on the waitlist and the rest has 2+ players on it ....not even sure how this can be solved but that certainly doesnt mean it cant be solved...it sure as hell is annoying when you wanna start a session and kinda realize that it might take up to 15 minutes to get some tables going. This is the case several times of the day by the way...so its not just around midnight GMT.
4. Aso you mentioned this a few weeks back...how exactly can I get rid of the chatbox or at least minimize it? I only have the button where I can detach the chatbox so that its next to the table and after that I could drag it onto another monitor or whatever....but I can not minimize it...I always either see the last 3 lines of the chat or I can click on Stats...and with options I can only choose between show dealer, player and observer messages or something like that...so again...is there a chance I can get rid of the chatbox so that the chatbox will not show when I open new tables?
5. Also I would like to get rid of that Your hand feature or whatever the exact name is that shows up directly above the chatbox...any chance we can do that in the future?

the chat box from the old old version was the best. It was a stand alone window that you could close completely and if a player chatted the "chat" button would flash.

maybe i'm missing something but how the **** do you get the blinds to post automatically when you select wait for big blind?

Is there any problem if I send money to other player that is going to be playing same tables than me? The problem is that he can play, but for his country of residence, he can't deposit with Moneybookers himself.

So they seem to got rid of the botter i was talking about, havent seem him in a week, usually on everyday . Took thousands (min 8k) off of me, wont be seeing a dime. FML. f u 888 and your bs policy of keeping all the money to yourself, douches.
