If you are an Euro or Scandi, you always have to ask chat support to change your REAL currency to dolllars if you deposit in Dollars.

When you register and choose Euro or Dollar or whatever, that is actually a sort of imaginary number.

One of my friends got hit by exchange rates continuously (when playing, when depositing and ofcourse when withdrawing)

Lets mass email 888 to refund our money from suspected botters/colluder etc. Right now they keep all the funds for themselve, how fing fair.Theres this player who im pretty sure uses softwares,possibly bot. Usually just 1 tables , i call him out on it he then 3 tables me. Don't ask anything from them, 888 is a terrible company. They hire part time supports from Canada while they operating from Gibraltar. Probably that's where the office is. I believe they communicating with the main office via email, where they don't give a **** what a few forum members think or ask. Nothing against you 888Reps, you're doing what you can with the limited power and I appreciate that. I'm starting to believe they only have part time software developers too. Clearly they not trying to make the client as user friendly as it could be. So it's nothing like PS where Steve can answer any questions, give inside informations, and make things done.
I won't ask things like table layout memorizing, too many pop ups in sng's, focus stealing, etc. anymore. These probably could be fixed in a week or two if a few developers worked on it 8 hours a day.

can we get more lobbies for the HUsng superturbos? currently there's only one per stake even if there's plenty of action. it's a small edge game so battling regs is unprofitable. i'm grinding at least 120 superturbos on a daily basis and 70% of the time i'm battling regs...it's a big inconvenience.

Even though I'm not worried about it because 888 moved away from this idea in the reg speeds and turbo speeds, I do want to respond and say "God NO!!" The turbo and reg lobbies were ridiculous with every lobby full with a reg waiting for a game, and one fish filling up your bankrolls. The superturbo husng lobby is perfect how it is now!

do YOU grind HU superturbos? i sit regs all day, had 6 tables open battling a reg today, played a hundred some games against him and 200+ against some other; drew the line and we're both down the rake. wheres the point? also...i didnt ask for endless number of lobbies. just two, like the turbo structure.

anyway it's not my decision, the management will decide whether or not this is profitable. but still, i find it odd for you not to embrace the idea. possibly you play 200+ stakes(?) where having two lobbies might be a pain in the ass yea. if thats the case, i respect your opinion. but lower stakes are 70% reg battling

I'm one of those regs you played that day. The problem with your idea is what happens when theres 2 lobbies with 1 reg in each, and now a 3rd reg wants a table? Or when theres 3 lobbies, 3 regs registered, and a 4rth reg comes around. Keep it at one, and play whoever sits you, play whos waiting, or move up/down some stakes.

Im not worried cause 888 changed from 2 lobbies to 1 in the reg speeds and turbos, so thats the direction they want to go in, which I completely agree with. [/End of thread hijack]

Try installing it to a different location, and make sure that your harddisk isn't full

The Disk isn't full or something, This FKKN file is just not being deletable (while uninstalling or by manual) and so on 888 can't copy the file into the roaming directory.

A different install location doesn't change the appdata/roaming folder.

Either I have to Install it with a new user on windows or I try deleting it through a Linux OS.


Let's see if I get the time for that.

Yeah I had trouble uninstalling today, different error though. Am trying to upload images to support now as they think I am some sort of inbred who's never done this before and deosn't know how to work a piece of online poker software.

$2000. As has been previously mentioned, and you've specified, just make sure your transactions are in $$. Contacting support to change the "normal" currency if necessary.

There is no transaction fee. Any transaction should be $X = $X keeping in mind the above conditions. If you are unsure of what your country's currency is, send an e-mail to check just in case. Any instances of $X = $Y should be a result of your account not being in set as $.

So I'm assuming Envoy Services handle their payments which is fine enough but today I received my payment and it was only for $69.38 and to make matters worse, my account is missing an initial $8.55 it contained and the $69.38 is missing $9 of its total...

I've just opened an account on 888 this morning and started playing. I closed the table I was playing on and was just surfing the lobby to get used to the layout etc and an error occurred and the program closed.

Have tried several times in last 1/2hr to get back on but just keeps coming up saying 'error, program had to close' before I can even login.

Never had any issues like this before, any thoughts, explanations?

Have re-installed the software and can now get to the login screen but when I enter my details it says "Unable to connect" and I cannot login.

Bit disappointed as I've joined this site to play in the daytime here as the site I'm currently playing at has very little traffic during these hours, but now I'm having to sit and wait.
