It's amazing to see how 888 can still grow while treating their players like this. I've been playing on 888 since 2010, and it's ridiculous to see how they handle server issues and software bugs.

After FOUR years, they still haven't fixed the bug where you're not able to sit down when there is a free spot and you're #1 on the waiting list. It's not like they don't have the financial resources to do something about it; their growth has been phenomenal the last couple of years.

Maybe it's time to start a petition, because management clearly isn't listening to their players.

Why don't you hire Sect7G or someone with industry experience who is looking for work in the industy to you know, identify and fix the issues and print millions of dollars due to increased traffic? I'd do it myself for the right price.

Seriously ffs. Played the $530 200k Gtd. and the following hand happened: MP raised, I 3-bet KcKs. Villain called. Flop 2h2c6h, I bet 1450 to 3770, Villain raised to 2900, I tried to ship in my rest 4659 but got disconnected. Villain said later he had 99.

It's obvious that it's highly unethical behaviour of 888 to keep tournaments running so that they can collect rake, when majority of the field keeps disconnecting throughout the tournament making it totally unplayable.

Is someone willing to organize some sort of collective complaint to 888's licensees? Although I'm a little sceptical on all of those rubber-stamp authorities. Hell, I'm even willing to chip in $100 if some reputable 2+2'er from Germany wants to visit a lawyer and see if they can find a way to bar 888 from organizing WSOPE this year in Berlin. I mean, shouldn't Germany have some gambling laws of what companies can organize gambling events? 888 is one ****ing shady company. Still waiting for the closure on Darren Woods case, too.

Surely the UKGC should be able to do something. Must say it seems very weird that Gibraltar were the ones challenging the new UK regs in court, as soon as they lost their appeal the sites based in Gibraltar started having problems.

You'd think at this point the sites affected would be making arrangements to host their servers elsewhere, even if there's nothing dodgy going on and it's just a crappy ISP they've still proved that they're not reliable at all.

FWIW, 888 is deliberately breaking it's own Terms of Service by not stopping tournaments: "Tournaments that are in progress that require cancellation due to a variety of possible factors (e.g. server issues, widespread connection problems, power outage, ISP network issues, etc.) will be cancelled...".

These server issues are RIDICULOUS. I've been playing on 888 for more than 8 years and I'm really thinking of moving my money to different sites. In the last 2 months I've been disconnect once or more at least once in every 2 hours...It's just ridiculous.

Would be NICE to see those problems fixed and also some kind of compensation in the form of a bonus or something. I've probably raked more than 100k in those 8 years of playing so I think that would be mandatory.

It's tilting as hell = losing money. So a compensation would be fair.

It goes in to the pocket of the owners or for bonuses and private vacation for the high end staff at 888... it is not being given back to the ppl that where cheated it does not go towards improving the site or into any jackpot or freerolls and as we all know it 100% is not going to the technicians and geeks at 888 that cant fix the ****ing DC issues and million other bugs and errors on this site... they run the business as usual or as any other big owner does...
