I sent you my username 5 or 6 days ago because you said you were going to look into the VIP issue.

In six hours it will be November, and my VIP status will be Gold, but if it had not been for the problems with the site it would have been Platinum.

It seems unfair that I should be expected to start a new month at the Gold Level instead of Platinum given that my plans to get to the Platinum level were thwarted by the problems with your site's operations.

Please could you comment on this as soon as possible.

It would be best for you (and anyone else) to email support@888poker.com for any questions specific to this situation as they would need to look into the matter. The VIP statuses is an automated system that works on a preset calendar basis; so it is not possible at the moment to extend it a few days. Therefore a mail to the Support Team is the best option here.

Got a huge problem with this poker site.

I won about 38k $ and was withdrawing them but apparently as 888 says someone has reversed the withdraw and played off the money which is totally bull****, if not someone has used my account which I doubt but they state that the money is played of my ip etc.

They haven't sent me any proof at all and they only refeer to their terms & conditions which states they can't take any responsibility for these kind of actions which makes me sick..

What should I do? 38,5k$ is alot of money for me and first time in my life I win this much.

For starters, provide your screenname etc so people can look into the validity of your claims (plenty of people win lots of money tilt it off and claim hacked)

With your screenname people will be able to look into the validity of your claims, who the money was lost to, whether it was chipdumped etc.

Also, provide any relevant details in the thread along with all emails to/from support, if you omit anything everyone is going to assume you are lying.

where did you grind up 38k ? your stats say your down around 1.8k...

Username Cryptopal, I requested a withdraw the 6th October (38713.75$)

But apparently the withdraw got reversed and played of the account as 888 states to me. They say they have proof but thats a bit funny since I know I haven't played /nor reversed the withdraw and they wont send the proof to me.

Im a little tierd to explain everything at the moment but I've been in contact with the operations team and they just refer to their terms & condition and say they wont take any responsibility for this.

I don't know if Im gonna laugh or cry.

Just recently found out about different minimal buy-ins at NL20, NL30 and NL50 cash FR and SH tables. For example : NL 20 FR/SH 50bb, NL30 FR 40bb/SH 35 bb, NL 50 FR/SH 35bb. Are there any plans in nearest future to make minimal buy-in 40bb , like it was done to all SNAP tables?

today i've got the email above from them, it seems my days are close to end , once and for all with 888, STILL haven't got back around 1k from a disconnect, my status STILL isn't upgraded, and to top it all off, deposited 200$ for the reload bonus (in which they scammed me for 15$, exchanging USD from my USD Skrill) which they are calling ****in ''COMPENSATION''

I won the money in cash games. I don't know why thats important but I won the amount in the beginning of this month until I withdrawed it the 6th of October.

I uploaded some screens of the email conversations might be some forgotten got so many trash mails between the mails since they take like 3-5 days to answer every single email/question and a bit tierd now so =p but thats pretty much all I belive.

So now Im standing here, I've asked them for there so called "proof" but they wont hand it over to me, and the local police here wont help me since they are based in Gibraltar and so on.. Should I get in touch with those who got their gaming license maybe?

There might be some point in contacting the regulator(s). As of yesterday, 888 are required to have a UK license from the UK Gambling Commission. Gibraltar is not the only regulator now. I'm not sure how much good this might do, or whether the UK Gambling Commission would take an interest in disputes involving non UK nationals/residents, but they might do.

In your last email you requested that 888 provide you with "logs". I assume you were referring to the connection logs etc with records of IP addresses. You're most definitely entitled these, and I'd insist on getting them.

You should also demand all the hand-histories for the period during which your account was emptied. If your account was hacked and chip-dumping was involved, they might give you an indication of who else was involved.

Your ISP may keep records of your online activity. If so, and assuming you were not online at the time your account was emptied, you might have strong evidence that refutes 888's claim - that the account-emptying was controlled from your IP address.

Edit: Even if you were online at the time they might be able to confirm that you were or were not connected to the 888 server.

It might be of interest to you to examine the log-in history on your PC and your GF's laptop.

The only problem is here they wont hand the proof over to me. They just keep saying they have it but wont give it to me. So theres like they can do whatever they like to and me as a user of their site can just listen to their words, If they want to pay me my winning they pay me my winning if they doesn't want to pay, they clearly doesn't need to pay. Thats just ridicilous and must be able to work this out somehow, 888 can't just refuse of giving the proof out right? And the proof they so called have is login history from the IP which I can tell is totally bull****.

I just talk with my ISP I guess and request logs from them so I can attach these when I contact 888 I guess, so they see Im not kidding here. From their end its just like Im lying to them and trying to get out a winning that I've lost which isn't true and I don't know how many more times I could say it. I won over 38k$ and now nothing else? >.< How is it possible that these people can just refuse pay out and refuse to send you their so called proof.
