Dear 888 Rep:

I am a long-time 888 player. In the past 4 weeks I have tried numerous withdrawals from your site and had no success so far. I have sent numerous e-mails to your support but all I got was some unhelpful sometimes copy-paste replies or no response at all. It gets to the point where I am really starting to worry about the safety of my fund on your site even though I always trusted your site before.
The whole situation is getting ridiculous now. I am wondering if you can help me to resolve this ASAP as there is no point for me to keep playing on your site if I can't withdraw money. I have PMed you my username. Thanks.

Can you please reply to the mail that has been sent (on 21 June) to you in this regard.

i see people sell 888 at a markdown. is that because 888 takes a long time to process withdrawals?

Care to elaborate on what witdrawal issues you are having and where people are selling at lower value?

Using Skrill and takes 3 days so might be regional or another payment processor.

I have no idea what issues they have. I am trying to use wire transfer. The bank info I provided are all correct and I used the same bank to successfully withdraw before. But recently it is always " awaiting process" status even after 2 weeks. Then I sent them e-mail they would tell me to confirm the bank info. Then I sent in e-mail saying all the info was correct and started waiting again. just never got the money. had e-mail exchange with them yesterday and they said they will process the payment. Hope I will get the money soon. Right now it still shows 'awaiting process' in my cashier.

BTW, I dont know where people are selling.

cant we get a strict king of the hill setting for PLO HU?`

this has been implemented on a lot of sites since the beginnign of the year with the very recent addition of koth hu at stars and ipoker (microgaming has added it earlier this year)

across all sites this has very much increased the action with regs battling for the tables. i realize that 888 has an attitude very much geared towards a recreational friendly enviroment but with the 3rd/4th largest player pool i would def see players battling for lobby seats (make it strict like microgaming w/ just 5 tables maybe?)

He's been doing this for ages (DanGnam12), camping 3-4 handed waiting for rec players or sitting out when the rec player does. How is he not banned yet?

Could you please ask your transaction department to process my payment ASAP. I replied to their e-mail and still haven't got a response and the status in cashier still shows "awaiting process‘. It has been a long time and I do need the money ASAP. Thank you.

888rep, is there any possibility to increase max allowed tables from 6 to at least 8 (or more)?
I think it was reduced because of camping problem. So, if we respect new rules I don't see why it should be still 6. We get more games, you get more rake.
And about push and fold tables; why do you offer 500/1000 blinds, but at no limit you reduced it to 25/50?! no logic at all
