i joined the other day. i have a mac and i pretty sure i had a go using the (no download) instant play. It was all ok (tbh not great but ok), but now trying to have another crack, i just can't login. There is no program on my computer to open and when i go to 888 webpage, the 'download' and 'instant play' buttons take me to a sign up page. i can't sign up because my user name is in use and the 'already a member' button just refreshes the sign up page. I contacted support the other day, but no response. Any advice?

Maybe you should not just send it to them over and over again and nothing happens about it.

That problem is known to them for more than 5 years, so it you dont fix it you could at least tell us why you cannt fix it

Also NL20 with Poker cams disappeared from my lobby. What is going on ? I was trying to fix it by reinstaling soft and turning off all filters but still I can't find this tables.This problem concerns only me ( i was asking my friends about it).

So after playing near a hundred thousand hands on the site it appears there are bots, more concerning they even seem to be superusers. An outlandish statement I know, but there are players that play 97% vp (no exaggeration) over thousands of hands and manage to win going to the river nearly every hand. Just seems impossible for people to win for over 10k hands playing 97% vp, their strategy is bet bet bet, bet some more and suckout. I've seen stretches where certain players flop 2p or better for thousands of hands every hand going to the river 100% of the time. Flop a boat 50 times in a row seems fishy as hell to me. I'm not the only one claiming this either, the other players are beginning to pick up on it and inspired me to post here. Watch for the players that have >90% vp and never talk in chat.

I know it sounds crazy but there are players playing >90% vp and winning way too often betting all the time, some of them I won't even play because I know they'll flop a boat with their 8542 and I'll lose with my AAK8. One day, okay, one week, okay, one month.... weird, one year... wtf

so 888 gets a BIG thumbs down from me

customer service is a mix of "ignore it and it will go away" and "its not my problem"

...now all i can do is walk away from my money. Really thankful to find out early, so i only lost a little.

They made obv fake accounts played there , not verificated ... i can do anything because they dont answered ... but it not my false that their accounst wasnt verificated !!! its 888 problem when the security is not so good...u can take my $ cause i do nothing wrong and when u did it its stealing nothing more!!!I let everyone knows what kind of policy have 888poker...

I'm thinking of moving my roll to 888. 2 questions:

1) I saw a friend of mine playing at 888 but we couldn't find SNAP poker. Is it restricted for some countries? I'm from Holland btw.

2) I think I have an account at 888 from a long time ago. However: I have no idea what that screen name was and what e-mail it is connected to. And even if I have an account there, I probably played zero to very few hands.. Is it okay if I create an account at 888?
