Although this bonus stacking feature doesn't seem entirely useful to my OP, which was on how we seemed time pressed to clear a large deposit of $400 within 90 days, which is counter-intuitive to depositing more etcetc.

I think you always have 90 days to clear, and it's always 1 bonus dollar for 10 status points. They decided to pay this bonus in $15 chunks, so you need 150 status points to receive $15 bonus. It's the same as the usual $10 for 100 SP. There is no such thing as bonus point, I could be wrong, but I never heard of it.
If you're not a hardcore grinder it probably isn't worth stacking bonuses. If you sign up for 2 deposit bonuses on the same day, and you clear the first in 80 days, you will have 10 days remaining to clear the other one.

Now the software starting to really piss me off! I never had problem, I started playing cash game 2 hours ago, and the client randomly crashes. I downloaded and reinstalled it, restarted my pc, and still crashing.
And I forgot to save the table and card mod before reinstall, and now both gone. Took me 3 days to make them. But that's my fault.

Yeah, they're actually called rewards points (not bonus points), they are the points you keep and carry over to buy stuff from the rewards store (as opposed to status points which reset monthly are determine your status level).
If you get higher status levels you can get more than 1:1 Status point to reward points (e.g. Silver Status gives you 2 rewards points for every status point)

I'm pretty sure it's released by status points, as releasing it by bonus points would mean a Platinum would unlock faster than a Bronze. I don't recall saying Bonus Points, but if you can point me in the direction where it was said, I'd be more than happy to verify.

I have played on 888 poker for a good while now, I have tried to go else where but I can not do it, few points.

The push or fold tables are stupid you should remove them.
If I could get a 30% rack back deal with you I would most likely not be looking else where (I am not looking very hard but end of month I will be).
Your software is excelent, it has not crashed for me once, windows 7, 32-bit, windows 7 64-bit.
Your phone support is excelent, im not just saying that your phone staff are highly inteligent and focused.


Downsides.
You can cancel a cash out request, its nice and I have canceled $1k withdraws and ran it up to 3.5k, when you do that you feel ike the boss but always having that option there is wrong, if you cash out you cash out period.
It is too easy to deposit by mistake when you are trying to withdraw.

Big improvements that can be made.
1-YOU CAN DISABLE PERM THE CASINO, cake poker have a control pannel you can use to disable casino, they also have a bank roll protector that forces you to play vs x bi % of your roll which is nice for some people I would never activate that but still thats a good idea I guess?


The thing I like about 888 is you can easly snap full screen a window per game, if you pick the right times to play there are fairly soft players on there but at other times you have seriously good players on there (600nl) no names mentioned but players that can beat DN for a good clip etc (offical).

888 is def a site I would recommed for players to install.

Does the monthly reload bonus have a minimum or maximum amount?

First site i've really enjoyed apart from either Stars or FT. The software is good, a bit tilting at times when you only get 5 seconds to post a BB, especially if you're multitabling.

Rewards system seems a bit confusing, not really the most clear on what happens in regards to cashback though.

Ok, I realized that my client only crashes when I play Omaha H/L cash game. I played holdem cash game and sng's for hours and it didn't crash. Any idea why that could be?
The crashes are totally random, sometimes I can play for 20 minutes, sometimes only 5 minutes before an other crash. It often happens in the middle of a hand, and you know how slowly the 888 software starts up. Because of this I miss a lot of hands from my hand history, I asked them on the website to send me those, but haven't received anything so far. Is there an email address where I could get a quicker respond?

The complaint about the BB has been noted and is up on my list.

Reward system is a ladder system. More you play, the higher you climb. You earn status points for rake/tournament fees. Then depending on your rank, a multiplier is applied to your status points which earns you "reward points."

The number of reward points you have earned can be seen in the "My Profile > My Bonuses."

You can use these reward points in the 888 store, or you can convert them directly to $$$ into your bankroll (they do not need to be cleared as a bonus. Can be cashed out instantly).

The tech guys are aware of the problem. I thought it was to be fixed in the last update, and to be honest I hadn't checked myself since then or heard the complaint that it was still going on.

I checked in to this guys. I have to take the blame for misinterpreting what was meant by "bonus stacking."

Apparently as it currently stands, if you "stack" bonuses, you can only clear 1 at a time, but the clock starts as soon as you make the deposit (or start a promotion).

That means if you take advantage of a First Deposit Bonus, and a Reload Bonus on the same day, clear the first bonus in 50 days, you will only have 40 days left to clear the second bonus.

The only benefit of "stacking" the bonuses, is that if you have a limited time to get in on a bonus, but are currently clearing one, you can still take advantage of it. Otherwise you're better off to wait until it clears, then start the next one.

Again I take all responsibility for any confusion over the use of the term "bonus stacking." I will definitely try to push for a better stacking scheme. Even if it just means queueing the start time of bonuses to start one after another.

Can anyone tell me the outcome of this situation because I was contacted by him also and would like to know the legitimacy of this person and his deals that his offers.

Also as an aside, can we have a better seating system in the lobbies? It's either it refreshes somewhat slow e.g. You see a 5/6 table, you join then you see someone's already got it reserved... Then you wait for another 10 secs until the lobby reflects that the table is full!

And please remove the confirmation dialogue for joining a waiting list... I want to just mash the waiting list button on multiple tables without having to 'Confirm' that I just did it... Instead, the tables being 'highlighted' in the lobby sufficiently tells me that I'm already sat there etc. Alternatively you can Bold and/or Italicize tables that are in queue or already in play by you

I wasn't involved in the situation first hand, so I can only relay what I heard... but I believe he was reprimanded for spamming 2+2 members. Should anyone suffer any random PM's from someone claiming to be from 888, please feel free to bring it up as it is against T&C's.

As for the legitimacy of the offer, I can't say one way or the other. All I can advise is to make safe, smart choices with your money.

Very fair point about the waiting system. The confirmation can be tedious while trying to join multiple tables.

He gave me a link to his facebook and it showed photos of him sponsored by 888 in a tournament and a pic of him with Gus Hansen, also had had many friends on his profile so looked quite genuine but still wasn't too sure about the legitimacy so didn't deal with him.

You can get 888 gear at the store, or through any number of promotions/tournaments . Having pictures on facebook wearing branded gear is not uncommon. He is not an 888 sponsored player.

Yes, I have the latest version. It happened again yesterday, when I was playing Omaha 8 heads up with a guy, I had the best hand, but before showdown the client stopped working. It took a minute to restart the client, and when I got back, both my money and opponent were gone. I have no idea why is this and when is this happening, I played about an hour before that, and it never froze.
You should also add 10c/20c or 15c/30c fixed limit tables. I managed to start 10c/20c tables, but nobody wants to play 25c/50c.
