Normally what happens is you request the cashout, it takes 1-2 weeks and the money is then in your bank account. If you haven't already uploaded your verification documents (Driving License etc) then do so, it may speed it up.
Depending on where you are withdrawing too, there may be problems - USA, INDIA, MIDDLE EAST, SPAIN and DENMARK are known to be hard.
The receipt number should be in your emails with the confirmation of cash out?
Ringing them is often the best option - try them again.
It is hard to understand you properly, but good luck with your case.
