Hi Fire,

Normally what happens is you request the cashout, it takes 1-2 weeks and the money is then in your bank account. If you haven't already uploaded your verification documents (Driving License etc) then do so, it may speed it up.

Depending on where you are withdrawing too, there may be problems - USA, INDIA, MIDDLE EAST, SPAIN and DENMARK are known to be hard.

The receipt number should be in your emails with the confirmation of cash out?

Ringing them is often the best option - try them again.

It is hard to understand you properly, but good luck with your case.

I've noticed in MTTs, when it gets to the final 50 or so, 888 take the liberty of moving around 50% of the top 10 stacks to the same table? Am I just having bad luck, or does anybody else notice this trend?

Hello 888, I will try to explain my situation.
I have made a withdrawal through wire transfer on the 24th of march and got the confirmation on the 27th at 4 pm that it was paid directly into my bank account. Until this day I ask my bank and not one transfer have been issued to my account(I have also withdrewn another sum on the 2nd of April and it was paid on the 5th). Usually it takes 1 day max till the money is on my card. I don't understand why this is taking so long and I am sure that it is a problem, and I want to find out why this is so.
I have also written to support but they don't fathom answering me, and I don't want another automated message.
I'm asking you to support me, send me the swift message of the transaction and all the info possible so I can take it to my bank, so they can conduct further investigations.
Just want a voucher to present to my bank.
I am very upset with the situation, had never experienced this before in any poker room. I am a student at a prestigious college and use this money to pay for tax and college fees, so this money is indispensable to me and I need it in time.

I have also just received a telephone from the bank as I sent my case to their support team and they answered that no transaction has been issued and that the error is on your part, so why are you doing this ? Also, it sais on your website that the support team answers in about 36 house, it has been 3 days since I sent my first support case and I have not received an answer. I am tired of waiting. Please do something. Ty

Ja I sent several emails to the support and they simply respond with automatic responses.
So I decided to come here and try a solution with rep888, he told me he would try to see my case today, I am waiting for your reply and hoping to be good news.

There appears to be a glitch on the 888/pacific software whereby if you sit in at a ring table that has 1 player sitting already, you can play your button, leave the table and then immediately re-join and get your button again.

Red.Wizard21 did this to me continually after he had a sook about taking his tables. He sits in, plays his button and then leaves the table and immediately re-joins.

So until 888 management decide to do something, I cant sit at a table without the threat of being grimmed

He has been reported and will continue to report this until its fixed

Has anyone else noticed this "glitch" (i assume)?

This is the reply I have received to my e-mail by 888, and I can confirm that I have verified with my bank personally and online and in all forms possible and they can verify that no transfer has been received. Also, the transfer which had status PAID on the 5th of April (Friday) has been received, but the 27th March PAID transfer was not received, so do something please. The timeframe has long passed, so please take the necessary actions.

There's only 2 tables available for each limit, so it's a king of the hill structure whereby if you want a table you will need to fight for it. I'll play him all day long. But he won't. So I either sit and have him Grimm me all the time or I sit out and he has the table. There's no 3rd option as far as I see
