I think they do it to piss the regs off so they leave.

Anyone else got this?

(tables are usually empty - not full tables with someone having pulled up an extra chair and squeezing in)

In regards to the7/6 bug, this is an infrequent bug that occurs when servers are restarted. It is merely cosmetic and do not affect game play.

I'm sure the majority of SnG regs would agree with me here

Most (if not all, im not sure) of the 6-10 max SnG games on 888 only allow registration for 1 of the game at a time

For example: I can only register in one $40+2 SnG at a time, I'd like to be able to register in more then one at a time so I'm not completely constantly going back to the lobby to register in another game once the first game starts

Thoughts?
Is there a rep?
At the moment, we will not be adding more than 1 SnG offering per game at a time. It is not much of a problem for a player to sign up for another SnG once the first started, and our primary concern is to get SnGs started as quickly as possible to ensure good player experience. In short, we don’t want players waiting a long time for a tournament to start due to the traffic being split between two or more of the same tournament offering.

^^^ Thank you! multiple lobbies with the current playerpool amount would be a terrible idea

I started playing on 888 a couple of weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend.

Yes the games are pretty soft, but already I have concerns.

Obviously, $5 rake on the JP tables? I mean really, $5 rake. 888rep, do you have anything to say about this? If the site was flawless in every respect then maybe you could attempt to construct an argument in support of it, but even a cursory read of this thread or a quick one hour session reveals otherwise.

The main concern though is this. I have been repeatedly affected by the waitlist problem. No big deal, I get seated and up and running soon enough. But here's the thing, the failure to fix this issue can only be down to one of two things -

1. The people employed by 888 to deal with these issues are not capable of fixing it.

2. The people at 888 have a total disregard for their customers in that they could fix it, but wont.

Im not sure which is worse, but both lead to the same conclusion. How can i trust this site?

If they cant employ people to fix a simple bug, do they also fail to employ people of sufficient quality to ensure collision and other game integrity issues are competently dealt with?

The $5 rake cap is ridiculous but I just won't play any of those tables now. I used to start the 200 and 400 jackpot tables every day. In 2 days since we noticed that the rake is $5 there has been 1x 200nl jackpot table running for about half an hour that I have seen. I can only presume that the regs playing it haven't heard about the $5 cap now.

The fact they have sneaked the increase in is just as bad as party "testing" player segregation without telling their customers. After ftp, like many I don't trust any online sites and play on them as a means of necessity rather than choice. Being anything less than transparent doesn't help their shady reputations.

As one of the most regular jackpot table players, how about instead of emailing me 20 times a month telling me of some **** freeroll you could tell me that you have increased the rake on games that I play in?

Just recieved this guys.

It’s $4 max mate. It’s a typo on our web page that we’ll get fixed.

I'm having a hard time understanding this. If it was just a typo, why is the rake page broken down by non-jackpot tables and jackpot tables? If the rake was the same on all tables, why bother to differentiate when listing the rake table?

I look a look at these tables and you're right, lots of tables with five guys sitting out waiting for a fish.

What I don't understand are the tables with all six players sitting out. Since a fish can't sit with no seats open, what are they waiting for? I don't get it

So no one has looked at a hand history file to verify whether the rake was $4 or $5???? Come on!

You could have done it in the same time it took to make that post.

Anyhow, I looked at a few hands today and it seems to be only $4, but would be great if someone else could also confirm.

Sorry if someone has already asked --- When are we getting some improvement to the table balancing during tourny? It's a mess in almost every way!!

- 4 largest stacks all on 1 table of last 10 players.
- being BB twice on numerous occasions at critical points of tournaments. Even in the high roller games.... really annoying and havent had this prob at any other site.
- 4 on one table and 6 on the other???
- Playing HU hands when there are still 100's in a tournament..
- Extremely laggy at times, with players being dragged and then replaced for no reason..
- etc

Please let us know if this is a concern amongst the 888 staff?
And once again i say sorry if this has already been answered, but it is a very current problem...

Same here. I've started playing there a couple of days ago and checked some of my handhistories , after I found this thread. It is definitely 4$.

Last I heard, they were using homing pigeons. They do plan to update to a better system in the future, its in the "pipeline" along with fixing the waiting list bug.

888rep, can you confirm the reversal withdrawal page is a bug or did 888 implemented this feature when we open the cashier?
