Hello 888rep!

There is very unpleasant situation at NL50 tables.

2 players from Ukraine:

1) Mrwheelchair
2) Uselessclown

They both have absolutely identical game patterns. They have identical game stats and identical preflop sizes patterns. Both of them are taking 0.000001s before each action. Identical timing tells. And the worst thing is that they were playing an the same table both, teamplaying together. Even nicknames are created by the same type. Also they both have absolutely identical postflop game patterns and sizes. It so obviously that it is some kind of AI and one operator behind them.

for 3k hands sample they both are playing exactly 24/20/12

It should be done something with this. It is not acceptable for such a big poker room to have this bul**it at the tables.

Lots of money are frozen in there, as well as one of my withdrawals for more than 1000$ - its never came on my skrill, and it seems that guys just dont want to give an access to my account because of where that money is.... (idk where but not with me for sure)

I really hope that you can help, as atm for me looks that i will have to Regulatory Bodies to be involved as it is pure frozing of my own money with no any reason with what breaking the law.

tips for new players. Complete full verification before your first deposit. Why so many players deposit first, play and only then made withdrawal and suffer from all these verification issues? I don't get it. Make your life easer.

Thanks for your assistance so far. I cannot access the live chat function from the client because I cannot login. I have tried to locate a live chat function elsewhere but cannot find it. I found the instructions on the 888 COM Support Centre website and it tells me to open the 888 app. I dont have the 888 app - is there another way to access live chat?

My login is 888 milka1605. I am writing to you Rep88 here for the third time in the last month and a half. I am simply outraged by the attitude of your site towards players. They do not accept my bank statement in English, they have never written the reason for not accepting this document to my email. Your support has not bothered to write me a response to the letter I sent for two weeks. Everyone is silent and only refuses. This is outrageous. It is starting to anger me. Maybe I should declare war on the site and start spreading everything bad that is on 888. And it would be worthwhile to force the site to learn good manners. I have a lot of time because I am a pensioner. You know, people remember bad things longer than good things. Think about the site's image.

Hi, as one of the regular in your games, I have been experiencing a lot of 'harassment' at the tables for the past few months. Please note that I play multiple sites and have quite a lot of tables and action on simultaneously so I don't always have the time to screenshot these incidents but these screenshots are snowflakes compared to what lurks underneath.

- I don't know why 888 would allow players to permanently sit out for up to 3 players at a time, 2 of which will always be perma-sit out until a recreational sits in. No player should be allowed to sit out permanently to reserve their seat and only sit in if a recreational that they deem valuable enough to sit in.

- Players should not be able to select their seats, the process should be randomised and automated, this is what party, subsequently ipoker, WPN and now GG had done.

- There are players who I have reported for using seating scripts or some sort of software which informs the players when a seat on 888 has been reserved (by highlighting the table, making it flash, highlighting the highest EV seats to the most direct right of the recreational which allows them to react quicker). Most of the players were let back on, several of them have stopped being able to get the best/direct right to the rec and started reflecting on their winnings, but there are still a few who are unquestionably taking unfair advantage in order to secure seats

- When I often open sit the games, the other regulars who would collude to reserve the seats to my direct right and perma sit-out , effectively giving themselves the best seats in the games at my expense. The idea is to force me out of the player pool OR play the game with the worst possible seat, effectively destroying my "EV".


Here are a few examples, with the screenshots being shared, you can find the time (Brazillian time zone) and date at the bottom right. The table names and the players involved are always shown.

In these 3 img below, you can see that these 3 players basically perma re-seating such that they always sit to my direct right on multitable tables. I tried rejoining the table to switch seats as well as opening new tables and they keep repeating the same behaviour, simply because they are unwilling to sit in or seat fairly, They've done this very consistently for the past few weeks and months, almost daily. I want to note that the player "equalizer_22" is one of the worst offenders when it comes to player harassment. He wants to try to put on his big boy pants and hold the 500nl lobby, realise that he cannot compete (go look at the HU hands we played together) and spent many weeks harassing me at the table by getting himself and his other boyfriends to block 2 seats to my direct right and effectively killing my EV at the tables.





This player "Natallin" has "grimmed" me on both these tables, effectively playing their button and sit out, once again, at my expense because I had to pay the big blind and play out of position


This player "WIN LIFE 99" is a serial "grimmer", and has grimmed me on the table above. He has also grimmed me on other tables that was played around the same time and date as above, as well as on multiple other occassions. Filter for this players' HU hands, look at how many hands he played in the SB and the BB, I assure you there is a big discrepancy.



Once again, tables where 3-4 other regulars reserve their seat and perma sit out until a recreational sits



I am unsure whether you guys have my lifetime hands on 888 so far, if you do, please feel free to filter for heads up hands and look at the discrepancy at my SB v BB, its quite absurd for the total #hands I played. If you guys want proof from my own database as to the HU SB vs. BB discrepancy, I'll be happy to post that here too, just DM me to ask for it.

Hello 888rep and players. I have no confidence that posting my issue here will help getting 888 to resolve the issue, but I am so frustrated by my experience that I want to warn potential players against giving 888 custom.
888 closed my account hanofgod137 some time ago without notification 'due to inactivity'. There was $732 in my account at that time. When I tried to log back in to account and realised it was closed it took 3 hours on live chat for someone to even acknowledge that the account existed. I was told that noting could be done via chat and that I must email. I sent this initial email 20th September. I have now sent and received 14 emails. I won't bore you with the details, but I have been asked to send copies of ID (drivers licence), bank statement and now a 'certificate of ownership' of bank account. It seems this is a document that is necessary when applying for a mortgage of other substantial loan. 888 want me to obtain this document (which I will have to pay for) in order to get hold of MY money. It seems that 888 are deliberately being as unhelpful as possible, passing me from one incompetent support assistant to another in the hope that I will give up. This is absolutely shocking service. I would advise anyone thinking of making a deposit to this farce of a site to think again. Just as a comparison, last week I requested a withdrawal of $3000 from pokerstars which arrived in my account within the hour.
Does anyone else have a similar experience dealing with a closed account and do you have any tips on forcing 888 to act?
