Hey 888rep. I have not yet been refunded for my tournament buy ins from yesterday when the crash occurred. I have emailed again requesting this.

Should I be expecting just my tournament buy in refunded or a larger portion of the prize pool? (as per the post I have quoted).

What`s the story with the Prize Structures for Mtts? There is 2 different payout structures... Some tournnies are set at 10 paid 50-100, 20 paid 100-200 etc. And in other tournies they pay a set 14% or whatever it is regardless of number. This is way off imo. How can you pay 10 players if theres 100 registered and then go and pay 20 players if theres 101 registered?! It should be consistant and pay 10-14% for all tournies. Pure stupid

Is there a chance the maximum tables cap will be lifted? At least to 8 tables. As of now I have to mix in a different network, which is very inconvenient.

Not in the near future but bear in mind that you can play 8 tables in the no download version if you want.

I played the $55 Monsoon when the login issues occured and wasnt able to log back in.
Wrote support about it and the answer was: "you were in fact knocked out of the tournament before the tournament was called off"

According to this thread some people were still able to play and I guess I was blinded out before the tournament was called off.
I cant recall how many players were left and what my stack was like, but we were near the bubble, so my ICM value was most likely well over $100.

They credited my account with $20 "in appreciation for my membership and loyalty to 888poker", acting all generous, when in reality they owe me $80+.

What is the reasoning for the cap? I know some sites have it that low, but it is always lifted to more tables if requested in support.
